Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 wraps…. The place wasn’t busy at all and had 2 people working. Person at the oven totally doesn’t know what they’re doing… Forgot a wrap and put bacon on an “egg and cheese no bacon”…. I used to work at dunkins ALONE with twice the customers and still got everyone out quicker than what we experienced…. I’m honestly not really even blaming the workers at this point it’s the management…. It’s been like that at every single dunkins and it never changes….

She always greets us with a smile and makes sure our dog gets a small pup-cup, which she knows is the key to his happiness. Mandy goes above and beyond—she has even taken the time to share great tips on fun, family-friendly events in the local area for us to check out!

Order was wrong AGAIN!! Maybe it has something to do with the drive thru that is covered in duct tape with a speaker that barely works!!! Do better corporate!! Your employees are suffering due to your lack of support to get them sufficient equipment!! $5 ice coffee through a busted speaker is bullshit!! I have watched this place cycle through employees 4 times in the last year. I love my dunking coffee but these employees are dealing with issues that they shouldn’t have to!! Corporate needs to get a clue like fix your shit instead of paying Ben Affleck millions of $ to do your commercials??? Staff are human and working very hard under bad conditions and low staff!!

I go through the drive thru once a week when I’m on my way to see my daughter and my granddaughter. I usually order my daughter the same sandwich and the same drink every week. Normally, I have the same older ladies and they’re always very nice! Yesterday, I went through, and there was a middle-aged woman working, and she literally threw the bag with my daughter’s sandwich on the counter. She seemed to have an attitude for whatever reason! The guy who was apparently working the counter came over to assist her at the window, and she even gave him a sassy reply when all he was trying to do was help her help me! My thought was that if she doesn’t want to work there, maybe she should find something else that might actually make her smile! I didn’t think I asked for much, seeing as the older ladies that normally help me are always very nice and I order the same thing every week ♀️!

Super slow. Mobile orders and drive through take priority over walk ins. And by priority, i mean you will wait 20 minutes for coffee and a donut when there is only one person in front of you. I saw no less than four people walk in and after a few minutes waln out while we watched them fill mobiles and drive thrus. Granted, I get it, you are understaffed, but when the server snaps at you and acts put out when you ask for the donut you paid for and they forgot to give you, that’s not OK. Skip it.

The speakers/microphone at this location do not work well, so you can’t hear anything on either end. Staff is very nice and helpful, but drive thru is a pain because they will not fix the issue.

The service there is wonderful however I really feel bad for these people that work there. It is December 7th and it is pretty bad when you walk into a business and you can see your own breath because the business doesn’t Have any heat. When I asked the employee about it why it was so cold. They told me it had been mentioned several times and management refuses to do anything about correcting the problem. I think I would look for another duncan to work at if I were them.
