Awful sandwich. A Breakfast on the go “special”. Egg, cheese, sausage on croissant. The croissant was burnt and so dry I could barely chew it. The bottom of bun was hard, there was almost no cheese and the whole thing was barely warm. Also very expensive!

my friend came through to pick up a bunch of coffees and im just shocked at the blatant rudeness?? a group of us put in a mobile order (7 or 8ish drinks) and when she went to pick up the coffees a man (maybe 40s-50s?) said “what did you order” and when she responded with “a bunch of drinks” he said “yeah don’t do that again when you put that in we had a line out the door” and on top of that they got some of the drinks totally wrong which normally we wouldn’t be mad about but the whole thing all together just isn’t ok. we all work in food service too and understand large orders/parties can be frustrating but never do you make a customer feel bad for ordering with you like that is literally what your store is there for???

Very friendly staff! Also fast. Only thing Is the person making the sandwiches and food should change gloves alot more. Touches oven handles and kitchen equipment and phone with dame gloves that touch the food.

I was getting ready to make a long 3.5 hour ride home and wanted to stop and go through the drive through to get a quick breakfast for my kids. The person taking my order was absolutely rude to me, actually stated that I should have gone inside to complete my order because I was backing up the line. Firstly, the reason people go through the drive through is for the convenience….secondly, how do you know I was even able to make it into the store?!?

Terrible service!!! I understand they are short staffed but the ones working should atleast know how to make a coffee. Went last night, had to use drive thru since the lobby was locked. We placed the order then sat at window for 15 minutes while they brewed the ice coffee. Ordered 3 iced mocha coffees, 2 with melted sugar. No mocha in any of them. 6 sugars sitting at the bottom of the cups for 2 of them. Can’t go in and complain since lobby is locked. NOT going to wait at drive thru for another 20 minutes to complain. 10.00 wasted and a drive to Boscowen to spend another 10.00 and we got coffee made as asked.
