A typical Dunkin. A bit low on donut options. There was a fairly large staff behind the counter gathered together for a lengthy chat while the trash was filled to overflowing and the floor needed sweeping. I was particularly surprised at the toilet paper that seemed to be tracked in from the restroom. Coffee was good.

Placed a mobile order, stopped at the window for pick up and the lady must have had a bad day (giving benefit of doubt) was extremely rude and snappy at me. I live over an hour away and just visiting Plymouth for the day, so I am not a regular customer there. However, I will no longer be the occasional customer there either. The dunkins in my town also has issues but they are always friendly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , I just had the worst experience, staff was extremely rude , they had music blarring so loud on their phone and this was far from decent music to be playing so loud needless to say parents where removing their kids! I asked the cashier if they could turn down the music ppl werw having trouble placing orders even the cashier said she couldn’t hear the orders and had to keep asking customers to say it louder.i asked a staff member if they could turn down the offensive music he goes no we can’t and walked off … I know corporate will be getting a call …

Unisex bathroom has no functional lock. Been broken for weeks. So long that there is a printed message on the door for how to use the broken lock. Which is no help. Dosen’t work. Pathetic. A $3 barrel bolt lock would solve it.
