I’ve gone to this Dunkin’s a few times and they’ve never gotten my order right. They ring it up perfectly fine, but I’ve noticed that I need to ask them to add ice. It’s not a big deal, so whatever. The problem is that they never do. I added extra ice to my order and there was barely any in it. I get the extra ice to make sure the coffee is coherent and the same every time, but it ends up tasting like crap. Everyone there seems miserable so I’d rather not fight with them because I’ve seen them argue with customers before and don’t wish to have that happen to me. I don’t plan to go back.

We’ve never had a problem in the past, the quality of the food meets par with other Dunkin’s however, the manager at this establishment is incredibly rude. Without making it known, got incredibly angry at me and my small group over a sandwich because it was not stated that we got a refund while we were waiting to pick up our mobile order. She was rude to my face about a simple thing like a sandwich rather than being cordial. As we turned to leave, she was continuing to rant rude things to her male coworker. #1 rule of a business is, “the customers come first”. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first instance with this specific manager. I will no longer be supporting a business fueled by rude and disrespectful individuals. I hope others don’t either.

Waited and no one was in there except me they were paying attention to the drive through so it took a bit to get waited on. And they were out of what I really wanted. But the girl that waited on me was very nice.

Their breakfast sandwiches taste like cleaning fluid. I refuse to buy them at this location anymore. Once is a fluke, 5 times is unacceptable. You also may not get your drink made correctly because certain employees have confessed to “doing it their own way”.
I will also note that they refuse to fire employees who are verbally abusive(or worse)to both customers and coworkers because they are understaffed as it is. The coffee rush rules. Understandable, but good luck trying to get through to an employee if there is a family emergency because the store wont pick up the phone and if they do they will refuse to let you speak to them. Multiple people have quit this location because of poor working environment.

Outstanding staff! Everyone there has always made me feel happy and at home the second I walk through that door! Everyday they nail my order and never miss a beat! They always have the customers best interest at heart! Thank you to our perfect little dunks in New London!

Great Dunkins, a bit small inside with limited seating. Very crowded in the Mornings and when school let’s out with all the Kids coming in. Most times it’s not crowded. No Drive Thru at this location. Parking can be a challenge during the busy times. ( there are a couple other parking options) .The Staff is Friendly, it’s a Small Town, and the Small Town Atmosphere is here!
