We stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts and were really let down. Both of our breakfast sandwiches were burnt, which made them nearly inedible. On top of that, the service was unfriendly and inattentive. We’ve had better experiences at other locations, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark. Definitely not what we expected.

9/16 the gentleman with the long hair at the drive-thru can be an example to any other branch on how things are supposed to be done. Paid attention to my order and nailed it! Extremely polite extremely courteous absolutely outstanding young man! The rest of the branches need to take note!!! This is a change to my original review. Previously I came in when it was super busy the staff seemed overwhelmed and turn around time was pathetic. It only seemed there was 5-6 people behind the counter of this massive location on a weekend. I ended up leaving after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes and it not moving an inch. I was disappointed so I left a review. After revisiting this location I can say that they have made significant improvements. I was very happy to see a hiring poster in the front door. Alongside this there were significantly more people behind the counter. Service was very good and food was just as good as you could expect from a Dunks. To the owner of this establishment thank you for listening and finding solutions to the issues provided. To the employees you guys are doing great keep up the hard work you make everyone’s mornings just a little more tolerable!

I haven’t been to a Dunkin’s in years and today’s trip reminded me why. The quality of the donuts is just awful, tasteless, French crullers were slimy. My dog wouldn’t eat them! No outside trash cans, no napkins, but employees were polite.

I’m sorry to write this but hopefully it will help this location improve. Yesterday, I waited more than 5 minutes for anyone to answer at the drive up windows and then was asked to wait for another few minutes before my order was taken. I thought that maybe they were short staffed but when I pulled up to pick up the order, there were at least three employees inside. While I was waiting, multiple cars drove away because of how slow the line was moving so business was lost. My order was burned and I threw my sandwich away.
Today, I reluctantly went back out of convenience and while the wait was a lot less, an item was forgotten and the person assembling the food was heavily coughing into his glove and it wasn’t changed. Needless to say that I was grossed out another sandwich was wasted.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

Do yourself a favor and go to Mad River coffee in Campton instead (:

I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel, double checked with the cook that that’s what’s in the bag. Didn’t seem to translate what was actually in the bag.

Other occasions, when you want something double toasted you should double toast it.

UPDATE 10/09/24: THIS LOCATION IS A DISGRACE TO THE DUNKIN’ BRAND. THEY DONT ANSWER TO COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THEY’RE FRANCHISED. I WENT HERE TODAY AND THIS YOUNG GIRL WAS VERY SNOBBY AND RUDE. SHE HANDED ME A DARK COFFEE WITH BARELY ANY CREAMER, I KINDLY ASKED HER TO FIX IT AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WENT TO THE COUNTER AND THEN HANDED ME 3 CREAMERS TO PUT IN MYSELF!!!! WHAT THE HELL???? DO I FREAKING WORK HERE??? JUST. BECAUSE. YOU’RE. HAVING. A. BAD. DAY. DOESN’T. MEAN. YOU. HAVE. TO. MAKE. SOMEONE. ELSES. THE. SAME. Then she totally forgot my other items which was another coffee and once again GAVE IT TO ME DARK EVEN THOUGH I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FIRST ONE!!!! Oh my god. This location has gone DOWNHILL so badly. This is freaking ridiculous. These so-called ‘employees’ aren’t even trained or trained properly. This location has such a high turnover of employees and it’s a freaking shame. You want to be rude and disrespectful towards customers because you can’t handle operating your own franchise. I know the actual Dunkin’ headquarters can’t do anything about this because it’s a ‘franchise’ but that isn’t going to stop me from calling corporate and complaining. To whoever that girl was, grow the hell up and deal with your problems outside of the workplace. Thanks.

I filed a negative complaint through headquarters and got an email stating that someone from the team would reach back out to me. It’s been days now? Shows how much Dunkin in total, and especially this store, cares about reaching back out to its unhappy customers and resolving issues. My complaint consisted of the fact that my mom and I go to this Dunkin pretty frequently. Almost every day, it seems, both my mom and I are faithful and loyal customers of Dunkin. But the service at this Dunkin, which is in our hometown, has surprisingly gone completely downhill. I am very aware and so is my mom, that these newer employees are either not being trained or not being trained properly. On a daily basis, my mom and I will ask for several creamers to be put in our coffees, and these employees will hand BOTH coffees black with no creamer whatsoever. Are you telling me you can hear me through the speaker, you can input my order on the screen showing that I ordered creamer but you’re unaware that you’re giving us our coffees that are clearly dark, with no creamer, and with your so-called professional trainings as a employee of Dunkin and you don’t notice that our coffees are black and missing creamer?!?! I can’t tell you how many times this has happened!!! My mom is not a confrontational person, and she will not ask for them to correct the issue . She has a valid reason for this. The employees at this location are absolutely rude and uncaring towards customers. When my mom asks when she dares to do so to fix something, she is given attitude. She is ignored sometimes and has the window closed on her, and the employee walks away from her. This also happens to her whenever she requests a copy of her receipt. When our coffee is not made with creamer as it is supposed to be, it is bitter and nasty, and oftentimes, we throw away a $4 coffee. Money does not grow on trees. Not only do we complain about creamer on a daily basis, but even if the coffee is made with creamer, we’ll often complain about the taste of the coffee. It doesn’t seem like they’re always following the order inputted, sometimes it tastes bitter like there was no sugar added, and also sometimes, like the amount requested of flavors/shots were put in our coffee. This store is despicable, unprofessional, and needs a total management change. It needs to be ordered to retrain all new hired employees. It also needs to be ordered by management training on professionalism and ways to appropriately talk to customers and handle complaints.

I waited 17min this morning for a coffee. I was the 6th car in line. Sandwich was burnt and my 1 cream 1 sugar coffee was mostly cream. Cost over 7$.

Never have had issues with wrong orders or slow waits. Good customer service. I’ve had issues with burnt or cold food at other DDs but not with this one. We always go to this one even tho Bristol’s is closer. I once asked for a limited time item and discovered it’s time was over. They still found a way to make it for me though and very happy and grateful so 5 stars from me!
