Sunday 6th of July; came here at 1015. Ordered ahead for in store pickup.
About a 30 minute ticket time.
The reason for the 3 stars.. they mark your order as ready for pickup on the board for the metrics. They’re theoretically cranking out orders, but it’s not ready.
They prioritize in store orders and drive thru. Watching people come and go, while you stand there watching your iced coffee melt, waiting on a couple of wake up wraps.
Go into town and find a diff coffee shop, dunks ain’t it.

This review is specifically for the company that empties the dumpster at this location:
I arrived here around 5:30am. Purchase food and orange juice and asked if I could park for a little. The manager didn’t seem to understand what I meant at first… then said “yeah of course you can, you’re a customer.”
Based on the “wake up call” from the “dumpster company,” someone is full of and it is not me.
Based on trash surrounding the dumpster and nearby parking lot, my recommendation would be to ask the dumpster company to clean up after themselves… clearly accuracy is an issue for them.

Two young girls in there not friendly at all. I asked for a drink and paid extra to have some custom stuff put in there just to not receive any of the things I asked for such as the cold foam, no cookie crumbles, and missing certain syrups. And the girls overall just aren’t friendly. And we were the only people in there so how do you mess up an entire drink with no other orders coming through

Submitted an order via the Dunkin’ Donuts app and went into the store and was completely disrespected by the manager. Michelle told me that it was sent to the drive-through, and they would have to stop making coffees to serve me. Absolutely unacceptable!! Most of the people there are very kind… I go there several times a week, but she is completely not professional and intolerable.

I just went to Dunkin’ Donuts and loved it! I got a Macchiato and two donuts. The coffee was smooth and creamy, and the donuts were fresh and soft. The people working there were really nice and quick to help. It’s a great place for a quick coffee or a sweet snack. Definitely recommend it!
