Had a large on the go order and they fulfilled in a timely fashion. Also the coffee tasted better quality than any other Dunkin location I’ve been to in my life and my friend that was with me said the same thing. It’s the same ol’, same ol’ at Dunkin. The workers don’t ask or accommodate anything more than the basics. It was hot out, and I needed a cool drink, but I waited about 10-15 minutes for it. They’d rather tend to work the drive-through vs. anyone inside the business at the place order here area.

Was told about the free coffee mondays. When I ordered a coffee and paid through the app I was still charged, when I called the manager to speak about it I was bluntly told “I can’t do anything the manager isn’t here today” and started to raise their voice at me over a $4 coffee. Dunkin’ Donuts Corporate if you read these you NEED to figure out what is happening. As a customer who was simply looking for a free coffee, I am offended by this establishment and will not be returning.

Two days in a row and my oatmilk latte was not what I know a Dunkin coffee should be! Asked them to make me a latte instead of what looked like a regular coffee with very little oat milk and it was like she had no idea what the problem was and irritated I asked her to remake it. We had the same response the day before. The bacon was amazing though….even though I didn’t get to eat it hot! The final latte was good and actually had foam on it, so all was good in the end.
