My friend and i were nice and were not mean at all they had us wait for our food for 10 minutes which is okay because they were busy. But after they came out and gave me my food there was cheese sauce and bacon all over covered in the bag and someone through there dirty glove in the bag, which is discusting an unprofessional. and he went back in to get more food and they were complaining saying “oh sorry we forgot to take the glove out” like no you don’t throw a dirty glove in the bag to begin with. We were just confused cuz it seemed like they had beef with us for no reason. good food not good workers or atmosphere at all because I heard them say oh we had to remake the food again and then they said they were out of something that we wanted which is Ironic, they were mad at us for having to remake it, even though they were the ones who left a mess in the bag and threw a dirty glove in it. all of them have stank looks for no reason.

Had a large on the go order and they fulfilled in a timely fashion. Also the coffee tasted better quality than any other Dunkin location I’ve been to in my life and my friend that was with me said the same thing. Thought it was odd they’re also drive thru only when the one up the road is too. Don’t think it used to be that way

It’s the same ol’, same ol’ at Dunkin. The workers don’t ask or accommodate anything more than the basics. It was hot out, and I needed a cool drink, but I waited about 10-15 minutes for it. They’d rather tend to work the drive-through vs. anyone inside the business at the place order here area.

Weekend/Holiday Crew often do not get the sweetener correct on coffee orders. Maybe some better training for the newer/part time employees?
