There’s two or three workers here that are great but if they’re not in when you order just forget it. The drive-thru sometimes takes 20 minutes even if there’s only three cars including yourself, and ordering ahead for inside pickup is no better. See my queso loaded hash browns below, because I see no queso.

I did doordash, no complaints with my dasher, he was wonderful. My coffees weren’t made the way I ordered them and the coffee tasted old and burnt. And my stuff bagels tasted like bread, not like a bagel and couldn’t taste the cream cheese.

Funky location. It’s a bit hidden. No tea options listed. I walked out. If you don’t list something, I’m not going to inquire for it. I shouldn’t have to. Make it known or lose a sale and a customer. That’s what happened.

Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants, wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have a physical disability and this isn’t always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn’t know refunds and had to call a manager, who didn’t help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever. So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction history it had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name) who proceeded to get angry with me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they “don’t have the technology” to go phone refunds (again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn’t ask for it.) Then she tells me that “Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?!” Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOW WONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tell me in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I am beyond upset and will be following up accordingly.

This is a pretty good location for Dunkin despite the location for morning coffee. But later in the afternoon I seem to have to get my coffee remade. Which is very inconvenient.
