Guy working the drive thru window is completely wrecked on opiates. Nodding out standing up, i handed him my card and before the card reader went through he was neck bent eyes closed wobbling. It happens evert time i see him there. I’m not one to put people on blast, but maybe this will lead to this person getting help. I’m very familiar with opiate addiction and one main thing you don’t want to do is let the person get away with it, no matter how bad you need the employee. In an addicts mind he thinks he’s tricking everyone and that Noone knows what’s going on. If he was out standing outside 7/11 I wouldn’t post about it on the town page, but this is an employee of a business. Noone looks good in this situation. Something ever happens at that store due to his addiction then the owners are going to wish they did something sooner. And if your blind to it and haven’t noticed, send a secret shopper thru the drive thru on his shift. Again, I’m not happy to make this review. But if by me writing this somehow prevents him from hurting himself or others (physically/monetarily) or even more, saves his life. Then I’ll keep writing about it every day. Because opiate addiction is a pandemic at the moment and Noone is talking about it. It won’t go away if you ignore it, people die. Prayers for this guy, honestly.

Horrible experience! 3 people behind the counter and had to wait an excessive amount of time. They are all yelling back and forth acting like animals, using profane language. I’m no prude, but, there is a nice older couple trying to enjoy a discussion and parents with kids here. If you can’t find even reasonably professional help, fire them all and shut your doors.

Completing ignoring everyone in the front. Waited 10 minutes and no one said a word to us. Ended up walking out. As soon as we were walking out they acknowledged the only other person in the lobby, of whom I assumed worked there because they greeted each other very friendly. Unprofessional. Went across the street to McDonald’s for a coffee

Coffee was perfect ☕ wait was a little long but this is one of the busiest locations I’ve been to and I understand that. I have waited longer on the weekend.

Stood at counter for nearly 5 minutes yesterday and my presence was never acknowledged. When I walked in there was only 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 people behind counter. This is the reason why I had stopped going to Dunkins several years ago and decided today to go back and same results. Guess what….

Staff is very friendly . Especially Brendan in mornings in drive through . Always smiling . Polite . I just have a few dislikes . on occasions the coffee tastes funny like very watery . And that they changed there hours to not being 24 hours any longer . Us 3rd shift people that have to work overnights need caffeine. Employees at my job were jealous when I would come through nursing home door that I had a fresh coffee for my shift . Since all Dunkin’s in or around my work are closed at 7 or 8 or 9 pm . So hopefully the hours will be open later fir people that work overnights . As the slogan states America runs on Dunkin’s . I RUN ON DUNKINS
