This dunks is top notch! Without a doubt the FASTEST drive thru around! Everyone is extremely nice. If the quick drive thru isn’t enough for you, these ladies make consistent coffee. My coffee tastes the same daily that’s huge bonus to me. Nothing is worst than taking that first sip in the morning and being let down. I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years and I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed. I drive out of my way days I’m not working, passing 3 dunks just to go here. They have one hell of a team here!! It shouldn’t go unnoticed.

place used to be good where drive thru order was always done right. lately, I have repeatedly had things missing from my order – notably the donuts, which I find ironic since they are called “Dunkin’ Donuts.” The capper was today, when I got to work and found my Iced Coffee had absolutely no sweetener in it. Called and spoke to the manager, who was not apologetic in tone, who stated that she couldn’t refund my card – that I would have to come back to the store. By then I was already at work in another town, so that wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. I know that mishaps occur but these types of things have been going on for some time now and so I needed to finally speak up. I will stick to the Derry location in the future.

Never had a problem with this location until today. National coffee day go figure. Free medium coffee with purchase on the app. Was putting in my order (food and medium hot coffee)and it wasn’t taking the price off the coffee so I removed the coffee and still ordered my food. I waited until I got to the window and ordered the coffee and told them what happened with the app. The lady taking my order pretty much told me oh well there’s nothing they can do because they have no control over the app..she stated the coffee had to be included in the order however the app wasn’t taking the price of the coffee off so I would of paid for it had I left it with my food order?…and still at the window didn’t get my coffee after being told I’d have to pay for it . After the morning I had and being a consistent and loyal customer with this location, she still wouldn’t help me out. Not great customer service and Dunkin, fix your app. !!

Without the ice, you basically get a half cup of coffee ..
The napkins are like using sandpaper…
If your going to pass the price down to your customers, atleast keep the same product instead of using cheaper crap.

Give me what it is that I paid for. Never had a problem. What are a excess sausage or extra of anything I do not get 50% of my order. The reason why this OK Google because the employees understand what a serving is and also know how to do basic math. They give a whole serving and not 50% when paid for. There is no rip-off scheme or no comprehension of what needs to be done and how to treat a customer

I was waiting in line to pay, it was taking too long, so I put a chocolate milk back and left. Then, next thing I know, service boy chases after me and accuses me of stealing the chocolate milk which I didn’t do. No desire to come back to this location after that.

Clean inside and outside trash can had recently been changed. Limited indoor dining. Highchairs might be available. Wifi is. I ordered a latte and the $2 wrap offer. Both were ok. Facemask required.
