The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever, I’ve never received such terrible service. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and they served me the wrong order three times (it was only two coffees). To make matters worse, they refused to give me my refund, and the employees were extremely rude and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order and never happened. At multiple points the girl and to guys working had seen me and looked at me but never seemed concerned to take an order. I’d understand if it was rush hour but it was 10am and there was only 1 car in the drive through, as well as only 1 other person in the store. Multiple times 2 of the workers were passing with nothing to do until an online order printed out. Ended up buying a bottled dunks coffee from the gas station at the dunks!

The slowest service I’ve ever seen at Dunkin Donuts… I ordered ahead and did drive thru. I got there about 5 minutes after and it took 15 minutes to get to the microphone then another 15 to get my food. Most of it was waiting for the window to give people the orders and waiting for them to actually answer the ordering microphone. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait a long time at this location but it was bad enough, I had to write a review this time.

This Dunkin’ location is consistently excellent! Not only is the food and coffee always prepared perfectly and exactly as ordered, but they also keep the drive-thru moving impressively fast—even during the busiest morning rush. The staff here clearly work hard to keep everything running smoothly, and it really shows. It’s always a reliable stop on my way to work, and I appreciate how quick and accurate the service is every single time.

Friendly service. I ordered a coffee ☕ and ten Munchkins. I set for walk in pick up on the Dunkin’s app. I went up to the door and a notice was on the door saying “Drive thru only.”. I went thru the drive thru and when I arrived at the window, I was told that online orders can be picked up inside. The wait to get to the window was long. They did have large orders to fill.
I was given twelve Munchkins instead of ten. My coffee ☕ was still hot . So, four s for that!

Took them about 5 minutes after I got to the front of the line just to take my order, got 2 sandwiches, a drink and a pastry and had to wait over 18 minutes for it. All the while the workers seemed to be clueless as to what they were doing. Watched 2 different workers drop food items and one did catch it. One female worker the whole time just watched another work and the one working didn’t know where anything was. She kept asking for where the cheese and bread were for sandwiches and no one answered her til she screamed practically. The kid who was making the drinks seemed to be the only one moving at a normal pace for a Dunkin’s worker and the line behind me was huge as well. Also their bathroom is completely destroyed, I’ve seen cleaner porta potty’s at a festival. Large “deposit” thrown on the ground and also more smeared on the seat. Would recommend people avoid this spot like the plague. Also a few workers kept touching their faces and then customers food without washing their hands.

I ordered a bagel not toasted with cream cheese. The bagel was so stale you can tell it is old and there was literally a tiny little smear of cream cheese that covered only half the bagel. To top it off the cream cheese was yellow and crispy. I’m positive this thing had been sitting out for hours at least if not overnight. Absolutely disgusting.
