The coffee is good most of the time here but for sure don’t let your walk-in customers go 5 minutes without so much as a greeting. Especially when most of the employees there are standing around gossiping. Also, how do you charge what you charge for a muffin and then hand the customer that mini muffin

The food was delicious, the coffee and hot cocoa tasty as always, very nice ,service impeccable.
They were out of the munchkins, except for one kind. No complaints, still happy to spend my money here.

Hours online and at the door say open til 9pm but went at 8:20pm to the drive through, no one greeted me so I waited a bit, still nothing, decided to try to go inside instead but the doors were locked. Two employees were inside but ignoring me pretending as if they didn’t see me. I just really wanted a hot chocolate

30 minutes in the drive thru for a small black coffee absolutely ridiculous. Can’t get out of line after a certain point or else I would have. Drive thru staff chatting away with other staff when I finally get to the window kept me another 2 minutes watching them talk until she passed me my coffee that was paid for allready. Didn’t greet me when giving the coffee either. Go to Ashleigh drive instead. Three thumbs down.

I hate this location, they got new owners in the area and all of them went down hill. Their employees are rude and entitled they just sit around talking instead of caring for customers even when theres a obvious line. Terrible service and will not be back

The ma in the window nearly invited himself through the driver window of my car while handing me my drinks actively dripping the coffees from the lids and not to mention we waited 30 mins in a line you cannot pull out of once in. Would not go here

Slowest dunks on planet earth and the coffee has been undrinkable. I moved to this area a few months ago and never seen a dunks like this. The first 3 times I went it was super slow.. I waited 15-20 minutes all 3 times to end up with coffee that tasted so burnt I couldn’t even drink it the food was also cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back an our time and same thing. Never again will I be going here. I now drive out of my way to go to another dunks because this place is so garbage.

Just went here got loaded hash browns and there was green hair in my food! I went inside and ask them to remake it another girl was very apologetic but she told the girl with green hair that her hair was in my food and she looked at me and smiled and kept staring at me? Also her hair wasn’t even pulled back it was a crazy mess…. I would come here everyday safe to say I won’t be doing that anymore.
