I stop at this location every morning on my way to work, and they have the “morning rush” down to a science. I usually order on the app about 5 minutes before I arrive, and my iced coffee is sitting at the pickup station exactly as I ordered it. Even when the drive-thru line looks long.

This is a great Dunkin’ Donuts location. It’s always busy – especially the drive through, but the friendly staff is always efficient and keeps the long lines moving. From what I understand, this was the first Dunkin’ in Woonsocket established back in the 80’s or 90’s. Not sure how accurate that is, but it’s well-established and has a good following. The walk-in service is great and the sit-down area is clean and roomy. After Woonsocket High School let’s out in the afternoon you’ll find some kids there doing homework and meeting with friends. The donuts and sandwiches are good and the coffee is hot. All in all this is a great Dunkin’ Donuts location.

The food quality from this Dunkin is outstanding.
My bacon is always well done. That’s so important (to me) in a breakfast sandwich or loaded hash browns. I’m able to fully & entirely enjoy what I purchase because their attention to detail is consistent (ly yummy).
I haven’t necessarily had a bad coffee, but I’d say they nail my beverage 4/5 times. Not failing the 5th drink, but giving it a B- compared to the usual A or A+.
They’re also punctual (and accurate) with pick-up orders.
(In general though, be mindful when navigating the parking/drive-thru in the busy mornings)

The male server was very friendly .
On the other hand a senior spilled his coffee and was very upset. He went immediately to get help and the ladies ignored the situation until they were ready to assist. I asked them to help and the tone of voice one young lady used was not appropriated.
Should I ever need another $4.00 drink it won’t be at this Mendon Rd. establishment.

In my opinion the BEST DD in Woonsocket!!! And the reason is the guy that works there with dark hair mustache and a beard. This guy is super friendly, he’s fast and he treats the customers very nicely. Always upbeat with a great attitude! I hope this guy is management and that he’s being taken care of because you don’t want to lose this guy. Love coming here!!

The Smores donut is to die for!! Absolutely love the crew at Cass Ave and Cumberland St. They ate well managed, happy, friendly, always get my order right and they say THANK YOU when tipped unlike the store on South Main! I never get a thank you at the south main store.

A go-to for many. Staff is generally great. Coffee though, not so much. Exterior damages to a store that was re-done not so long ago, a few repairs definitely needed there. Back to the coffee, they over Ice the Ice brews, and half the time the coffee tastes of the city water, not sure they use a filtration system or not. Your meal/drinks will taste different EVERY time. I think that’s a training issue.
