This is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever went to. Been going there for months to see hopefully they get better. Well they have not. Order is always wrong and order is easy, 2 donuts and hash browns. Choc cover donut is correct, but the second one is wrong every time. Double choc donut, no sprinkles. Always get sprinkles on top or just a reg choc donut. Today it was a donut, not sure if custard or what was in middle, peanuts on top. They were working on drinks for different orders while I am waiting for food. No drink in order. Then 3, with manager, stand around. Even when they have been wrong I leave a tip. Will be going to another one. Gave this place enough chances.

I come here around 5 am in the morning, I get a large ice caramel blueberry regular. A simple coffee 4-4-4-4, yet every single time I come through the drive through my coffee is always descusting , it’s never made right, either has 3-3-3-3 in it, doesn’t have blueberry in it or it’s missing ingredients, and I still never complain or bash but this is actually getting ridiculous, my coffee never has a sticker on it as well so that could be the problem too. Won’t ever come back again and im not the only one in town who hates this place, Don’t waste your money. It’s a last resort because it’s open 24/7, this is now day #15 my coffee taste like mud water. Stop taking my coffee as a suggestion and do your brainless job correctly.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff here are amazing. The guy in the window is my hero. Makes me smile every morning that old bald guy with the crap attitude that talks to you like you’re a burden in the drive-through window sounds like he hates his life. Should not be working on the drive-through speaker. He makes my morning suck his personality sucks his attitude sucks the way he speaks to people is absolutely disgusting. He does not belong working in a setting with people at all when I pulled up the speaker I shouldn’t hear A miserable man asking me my order. He says can I help you, anything else? The guy is rude

I went to this Dunkin last Friday around 1 am and a lady made my 4 sandwiches so undercooked and cold and for some reason the bread was wet this was a horrible experience and made me almost throw up! I don’t have the stomach to even eat Dunkin anymore bc of this experience very disappointing.

I went through the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ Donuts today, and the experience was honestly disappointing.
The first person who took my order was very helpful and kind, but then another voice came on — much more aggressive and not customer-service oriented at all — to tell me the drink I ordered only comes with one type of milk and can’t be switched. That’s totally fine, but her tone made it feel unnecessarily rude.
When I pulled up to pay, Sarah(same voice) ignored me while texting on her phone. I even had to say “miss” multiple times and hold my card out before she looked up and acknowledged me. It was uncomfortable and just not what you expect from Dunkin’.
Everyone can have a bad day, but if she was, she could’ve taken the initiative to ask someone to switch places with her or just step back to make the drinks instead of interacting with customers. The lack of professionalism made the whole experience unpleasant.

Under new management and the manager clearly wasn’t happy that I asked her to remake my coffee that they didn’t make right in the first place!! There’s also a lot of miserable employees that don’t know how to do their job and when they feel like doing it it’s half ass! I used to come here every day but I won’t be coming anymore!!

sad. i come here honestly about once a day the service is usually very good with very polite people. that changed today. went through the drive through to get some breakfast , after i ordered about 4 things (2 of them being coffees) i kept going and she huffed so loud as if she couldn’t be more disappointed in her JOB. here’s the real catch. i get my food , drive off , get home to find both my croissants completely burned , and my bagel cut not in half but in a third , also get my coffees extra extra and they we’re basically black. was an extremely loyal customer. looks like i’ll be changing my location. don’t go here.
