Terrible experience! We were coming from a beautiful stay at the beach where everyone was in a pleasant mood after a gorgeous holiday weekend. We waited in line for twenty minutes as many others had the same idea. The parking lot was backed up waiting for coffee. When we finally got to the speaker, no one greeted us, so we said, “hello?” to make sure someone was there and we were in the right place after such a ridiculously long wait. The male attendant (Saturday morning, 7/5, around 11 a.m.), instead of asking us to please wait one moment, which we would have done patiently (we’d already waited twenty minutes!), huffed “we’ll be with you when we get a chance.” We were so taken aback by his rude tone that we questioned if we’d heard him right, to which he rudely said, “that’s what I said.” I’m sorry this place appears to be understaffed for a Saturday and that those working here may be overworked. But this sort of unprofessional response and misplaced anger towards a customer who just waited twenty minutes to even get to the window is inappropriate. There’s a Dunkin on practically ever corner in the state, and I’ve never been treated that way before getting coffee or food. If he’s that mad to be working this morning, I fear what could happen to our food. I will never stop here again and hope this review encourages others to think twice.

Showed up today at 7:20 p.m.and tried to go inside. The sign on the door says the storefront is open until 8 and the drive-through is open until 8. I go back to my car and go to the drive-through and order an egg and cheese and they said they are no longer serving food because they’re closing soon. I asked them and said aren’t you closing in 40 minutes and he said yes and we are cleaning the machine so we are only serving drinks. I’m curious if their manager is aware that they are no longer serving food 40 minutes before they close. I can understand five minutes before they close, but not 40. Very bad business. I think that the manager should be aware that the kids who are working at the store are locking the front door at 7:20 and are no longer making food at 7:20 when going through the drive through.

I went in today at approximately 5:20 went up to go place my order and was greeted by a female with pink hair. Who just look at me and my boyfriend and just rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted. I ordered a donut she throws the donut in the bag and then throws the bag at us. I felt disrespected. Terrible customer service. I also happened to notice her pink Calvin Klein undergarments were sticking out very noticeably, very unprofessional. Horrible attitude, especially for a food service employee. This would NOT fly at Starbucks.

Oh boy. I went there this morning I had a pickup. I am a frequent at Dunkin but never this location. I will never go back there. I ordered a coffee, hashbrowns, and a donut. They gave me only the hashbrowns and coffee which is fine. If I was upset about it I would have gone back. My coffee was spilled all of the lid which was also fine because things happen. I would have liked napkins to help with that but it’s fine things happen. What was really off putting was the girl at the window. I said hello and thank you and all the pleasantries you give and she gave me this blank stare. With a smile though. Like one of those scary horror movie type smiles and handed me my stuff. I was automatically jarred because she said nothing just stare and smile. I feel bad saying that because Idont want to come off judging her looks but she was a pretty girl just was giving me such bad vibes. Then when you add that she only gave me my hashbrowns and not the donut it felt almost like a “haha” smile. I was so scared by her that I didn’t even eat or drink my food. When I say I was spoked, I mean it. Like I was scared she poisoned my food she was so scary.

My partner ordered egg and cheese wraps for our daughter and the eggs had black specks in them (probably other bits of food, not mold, but still- gross), and the cheese is so burnt you can’t bite through it and the wrap is over toasted and too hard to enjoy. For $3+ a wrap they should at least make them edible. And the crew just stands around blabbing about “I’m on at 8, not 7 so I’m not working yet”… if you’re at work- in the way of others trying to do their job- and that’s your attitude it just doesn’t show good work ethic for the company or your co workers. This was an issue that didn’t have to be an issue had the cook done their job, and the other staff theirs. Not to mention my muffin was raw on the inside. at least they made my coffee good.

This DD franchise owner needs to fire all of their employees and demand competent customer service oriented employees. After reading the reviews on this site it’s clear they have problems!
The girl taking our order kept saying “is that it” after every item placed in a very inpatient manner.
She never gave me price, took credit card, offered no receipt-
When it came to food/drink she handed to 2 lattes to me, I asked for a sugar and she gives me a brown stained packet of sugar she said “it has coffee stains but is good” who does that!!!
She later says “Here is all your food” hands me 3 boxes and walks away, had to get her attention to share with her that No, it’s not all of our food, we’re missing hash browns and a bagel sandwich. She says nothing and tosses a bag my way. No napkins, no smile, nothing. Food not cooked, not ate, stale half bag of hash brown bites.
DD is foolish not to get involved with this location!!!! It’s

The most disgusting employees , I went in to replace a latte that was ordered through the drive through and was very polite to get it replaced as I also ordered 2 other lattes which was 11$ and the second I got the first latte back I tried it and I was the same absolutely disgusting and I waited 7 minutes for it to be made. I asked for a refund politely because they would all taste the same and be disgusting so I was not paying 18$ for burnt espresso then the employee walked away and told another employee that she wasn’t dealing with me and someone else could take care of my refund. Another employee walked over and was absolutely rude so made me raise my voice and ask for a refund she proceeded to tell me I didn’t come with a third coffee and I was embarrassing and proceeded to make me scream for a refund because she was absolutely nasty. Big girl can’t make her dreams come true at dunkins so she’s miserable with her job. I suggest going there if you want nasty coffee or rude customer service

When my time is short, I have tried ordering ahead here using the phone app multiple times in the past few months – as I have successfully done at other Dunkins. Each time at this location, despite plenty of time prior to my arrival, the order is not ready. In fact, the team is mostly standing around talking about something inane. And each time (four I believe; never at high volume times) when they finally ask why I am standing at the take-away counter, they check the phone order display and see my order sitting there. What is the purpose of ordering ahead if they aren’t going to check for it? To top it off, the coffee consistently tastes old and burned. Henceforth I will go either to HoneyDew next door or Starbucks up the road when I need the quick caffeine fix.
