If I could rate lower than 1 star for service. First, coffee was diluted ice with a splash of coffee and cream. They were out of straws. Drive thru person, older man with lots of silver jewelry said, thanks for nothing. That’s what I should of said.

This Dunkin’ was well staffed but the only glitch was cleanliness the tables were not cleaned and the floors were not clean overall the staff was courteous and helpful!!!

Bathroom was OK and service was great asked for a chocolate cold brew but they didn’t have it anymore and she recommended a butter pecan swirl with mocha swirl and let me tell you it was delicious

We went to buy 2 drinks. They don’t know the difference between frozen chocolate and frozen coffee. I ordered a frozen chocolate caramel with whipped cream. They forgot the caramel and whipped cream.

This was one of the worst D.D. I have ever been to! All the people working there are absolutely miserable! I feel bad for the owner. This people will destroy his business! I don’t know how they ate showing 3.9 stars. What a hell of an experience!

Had a VERY rude man at the window. Put my order in and when I got to the window he asked me what I ordered. Told him and he proceeded to say, “there’s nothing on the screen, I’m not a mind reader, you know, what did you get? ,” I paid him and he just handed me back my change and drinks and walked away. I told him he didn’t need an attitude. Will never go to that one again!

They’ve gotten my orders wrong on multiple occasions, but the staff is friendly and service is usually very quick. I dropped my smoothie before having any and when I went back for another the staff didn’t charge me. Overall, a few wrong orders doesn’t hurt my experience.

Dont bother ordering ahead for convenience. They lock the doors so you still have to wait in the very long drive thru. Also by the time you do get your food its super cold cause its been sitting on the counter but you can’t go in and then when you do get it the order is wrong 75% of the time. Go to the one down the street or not to dunkin at all. Its westerly for gods sake there are way better options.

Got a burnt croissant, dry sausage, cold egg! My coffee was completely wrong even after repeated correctly not once but twice! And the coffee taste burnt too! Service was quick and friendly at the absolute least…
