I came through and ordered a cold brew with cream and sweet foam on top. When I got to the window, paid and tipped, I was then handed this drink shown below. Since there was no visible foam on top and the drink had no foam lid, I asked the employee “does this have cream and sweet foam?” to which the employee monotonously said “yup” and walked away from the window. I gave her benefit of the doubt because I know sometimes drink components can be unpredictable and thought maybe it just mixed into the drink, but this just tasted like regular cream and cold brew. Why are we lying to customers?
Also, I’ve repeatedly gotten green tea refreshers here in the past that were more green tea than refresher. This was my regular dunkin at one point because it used to be good but any time I’ve gone in the past year or so it’s been disappointing each time. As somebody who has spent years in fast food service, I get the job can be annoying, so I try to be chill when these things happen, but when I try to bring attention to my order being wrong (without being rude, because service workers are people too) and I get brushed off its like, don’t worry, I got the hint! (Don’t come to this store during the wrong shift if you want good service)
1 star for service, 2 stars for food (because at least it tasted like cold brew)

One time I stopped by while waiting for the bus back to West Warwick, and I ordered a drink coffee. Now this isn’t an exscuse because I’m like a normal person, but, I have autism. Ok? Keep that in mind. So high functioning, like normal people, but still, autism….. … anyhow, I had most of the money for an order, but, … I forget now honestly, like 20 in change (random number. lol)
And they said that if I had most I could pay for, (I hope I don’t get their workers in trouble with corporate by saying all this) they could help cover the last of the remaining change.
Now I know, I know, I’ve worked too in my time. Once at Starbucks actually. That may not be the best thing to do H.F.A. Or not. But, moral of the story is, they are kind and courteous. And help out those in need. Or maybe just those who need help. Also, to add on, every time I go in here, they are working hard; very hard. It’s clean.

I originally went to McDonald’s bc I wanted an egg sandwich and hash brown. I stood there for like 5 minutes and by the time any staff helped me, they said it was too late for breakfast….
so i came here to dunkin. I ordered my egg sandwich. I also got a SMORES donut and a frozen matcha to drink.
The staff was friendly and FAST.
Everything tasted great, was made correctly.
My ONLY COMPLAINT was the Air-conditioning was WAY TOO COLD. Customers were wearing coats to place their orders! I think you need to a set the thermostat higher.

This location really struggles with consistency. The coffee tastes different every single day—watered down or burnt. It’s disappointing when you never know what you’re going to get. Employees should take more pride in the product and make it as if they were going to drink it themselves, rather than just handing out whatever comes out of the pot. Quality control and training definitely need improvement.

Love paying 5$ for a completely burnt sandwich. Coffee order was wrong as well. This is easily the worst Dunkin in Warwick, I accidentally placed a mobile order here and knew it was gonna be messed up. Whole order was garbage.

There are so many choices. Kids love blended drinks, donuts, sandwiches… but my problem is the coffee. The simplest part. I drink it black because I like the taste of coffee. No flavoring, they have all those options, so you ignore the fact that the coffee sucks.

I go here a lot because it’s somewhat close to my house.
Today my 3 year old was going to poop her pants on our way home so we stopped in to use the bathroom. I saw they didn’t have a public restroom but let the worker know my daughter really needed a bathroom. She wasn’t going to make it to my house (again, closeby – so clearly an emergency for us). The employee had to ask the manager who refused us. He actually refused my child, a 3 year old! I’ve been to gas stations that let us use their employee restroom.
I get it, you don’t have a public restroom. But you can’t make an exception once for a child?
I will not be going here again. This is not what I expect out of any company.

I was going to completely complain due to the fact that I got the wrong donut. I most say trying the coffee first made me change my mind, even tho I do not like boston cream and they didnt have glazed. The coffee was made out perfectly and they coulda head me wrong from mapel to boston. Good coffee
