First of all waited forever for a plain untoasted bagel. Then to make matters worse I ordered loaded hash browns and they put the tinniest little bit of sauce possible. Very disappointing.

The manager needs to be replaced immediately. After having to make a second change to my order due to out-of-stock items, she apparently decided that whatever was on her phone was more important than taking care of customers or helping her only employee making drinks. The only reason I’m leaving more than one star is that my coffee was good once finally made, ane I hope the poor girl that was running around gets better leadership soon.

The older woman working was very rude and argumentative! The young lady taking orders didn’t seem to know the products or what we ordered. They said they have “no food” they said they have “ no hot chocolate” and then proceeded to give my husband the completely wrong drink! We settled for one donut each and they were both stale! The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I will be sticking with Starbucks from now on!

I got my sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was hot but completely untrusted. THEN when I bit into the sandwich, the cheese was ice-cold in the middle.

I went back and asked for it to be heated up, because the cheese was cold, and the employee responded: “the cheese doesn’t go in the oven” and just left it at that.

She was not nice and frankly quite rude. Who wants cold cheese on a breakfast sandwich?

It may be advisable to avoid displaying a sign suggesting that customers could have ordered at the kiosk if the full menu is not accessible at the kiosk or online. Consider disabling mobile ordering if the entire menu is not offered. Additionally, the wait times, even in an airport setting, were excessively long.Maybe have more than two people on.

What an absolute travesty of a Dunkin Donuts. Between the impersonal kid at the counter, to “we don’t have espresso,” “do I have matcha?” “We don’t have oat milk” AFTER PAYING. Last time they didn’t make our preorder. Clown show.

Almost missed my flight due to the poor management and service at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 40 minutes to receive it. One male associate showed up late, appearing unprepared and with no sense of urgency. The lines were extremely long, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. This location is in serious need of attention from corporate. It’s disappointing to see this level of service at a state airport.

Ordered a Berry Burst energy drink and it has no carbonation whatsoever. I bring it back to be remade, the woman looks at me like I have three heads, remakes it, but still does a poor job and doesn’t put in enough. Avoid this location.

I would give zero stars if I could. The line wrapped around the DD airport store wasn’t because of the volume of people, simply put, the staff at this location have no sense of urgency. Poor time managment and lack of team work. There were three staff assigned at this location and only one if them took orders while the other two engaged in personal conversations or tasks in lieu of jumping in and logging on to the second register to assist customers. Customers were getting so angry that they started leaving the order line, while a few others even walked away from thier paid order. Thankfully for me, my flight wasn’t leaving right away so I had an hour to spare. What’s worse, when I received my wrap, the egg was warm but the wrap itself was still frozen. It was disgusting and certainly a means to get someone really sick. .. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

**BOOGER IN COFFEE** 9/26/23
Also a disclaimer the staff there was rude to everyone in line for no justified reason. But more importantly — I drank half of my coffee and something was floating in it after all of the ice melted. Lo and behold it was a booger in my drink. I fished it out and stuck it to the lid to get a better look. I’m really disgusted that I drank most of my coffee while unknowingly having a booger in it. This is really not acceptable.
