Truly I hate to write a negative review on a fast food establishment. It’s fast food after all and they deal with thousands of people a day. After today though, I’m at my tolerance limit. Not only do they repeatedly mess up my food orders, but they are just straight-up rude as well here. I have even gotten to the point where at the window I have to remind them to please not forget something like bacon jam on my sandwich that I pay extra for. I go to Dunkin’s all over pretty regularly due to my line of work and this is literally the only Dunkin’ I ever have issues with.
Unfortunately this one is closest to me so I do still come here but today ( 2/21/26 ) the experience just had me at a loss for words. I placed my order through the mobile app and went to the drive thru. When I pulled up and said Hi, I placed an order for ( my name ) on the app “ there was then silence. I sat for probably 20 seconds and even said “ hello… “ with no response before a few more seconds went by and she said “ are you all set?! “ with a slight attitude. I said “ you didn’t say anything… “ and she stated “ I did, I told you to pull up! “ I apologized saying I didn’t hear and pulled up.
The male employee working the window handed me my order and I apologized again saying “ My bad, I think the mic must’ve cut out or I just didn’t hear her “ but as I’m talking he’s closing the window on me giving me a dirty look! So I gave one back and drove off.
Again, it takes a lot for me to come and write a negative public review. I’m unsure on who the manager is but they seriously need either new staff or retrain their current ones. I don’t know if they just don’t like me because of the amount of times I’ve come back frustrated for a messed up food order or what but it’s just not okay. I’m paying money for what I order and I can see if I scream at them but I don’t. I just want what I pay for and maybe not be given attitude for THEIR mistakes.

I come here every morning before work and on the weekends, coffee is always burnt or not rotated properly and I can never get a meal that I order doesn’t matter how simple but I ain’t knocking the crew definitely management. Do better this Dunkin use to be the one to go to and this will now be the one I run away from.

Staff was awful to me. rolled their eyes at me when all I asked was for my bagel not to be burnt and for them to remake it and gave me the hardest time when i was being polite.

What is the problem with this D&D?! Every time I come for a muffin, especially the coffee cake muffins, they are so STALE, that you can literally throw them against a wall, they are so hard!! Disgusting. I’m through with this place. I can only imagine what else they are doing there to cut corners.

ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant the bacon is barely cooked, it’s so rubbery i can hear it snapping when i take a bite of my sandwich. as someone who used to work at dunkin this is unacceptable

Asked for bagel w cream cheese, guess they heard bagel w butter. No biggie, I go back in to correct the issue but the bagel with cream cheese they gave me is the saddest looking sandwich I’ve ever seen, looks like whoever made it was mad they had to remake it and basically smashed my bagel together. With a million other dunkins close by I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this one honestly

Third time in 2 weeks coffee messed up. My daughter’s was fine. I pay extra for the swirls. Ordered oatmilk iced extra butter pecan. Got no butter pecan at all and almond milk what is going on at this location?

I absolutely loved this place ❤️ but the last 3 times I ordered take out its been the worst experience I’ve had!! I want to be transparent and say the last order they offered me a gift card that I declined!!! They usually have fantastic food, great service and I’m sad to say that has not been my last few experiences! Food is not what or how you order, it’s cold it’s just not worth what I paid for it honestly 42.00 dollars for chicken wings and macaroni and cheese should be as easy and hot as possible but sad to say no! Atmosphere is great and customer service is good! Please get it together because you were literally my favorite place and I just can’t say that anymore!!!
