Every time I come to this location the food is not cooked properly or better yet stale & makes me feel sick afterwards. In my most recent visit i was next in line in the drive through, and upon the window opening I heard a young girl hollering very explicit words and phrases telling a story to her co workers. I understand a lot of the youth that works here are from high school, totally get that because Dunkin was my first job ever. But this is not the kind of atmosphere you want to be around especially in the drive through. If there were people dining in I feel so bad if they heard this young lady. We, as customers/guests, don’t want to know what you did last night! Get it together Dunkin! You can do so much better with the staff/atmosphere/food quality! The photo attached was from what I ordered today in particular. Extremely burnt bacon, not even edible YET the entire sandwich was cold. As if only the bacon was cooked. Enough of this guys!

I just went into Dunkin Donuts to buy two gift cards. The team on was more interested in stocking the store than customer service. I was given pink receipts that can bearly be read and no gift card holder. I asked them to reprint readable receipts and was laughed off because they don’t have anymore paper. Obviously they were also out of ink. I work in retail and understand its the busy holiday season but this is iresponsible for the store to be out of paper and ink. The gift card holder can happen but should be prevented with Dunkin Donuts reputation of quality customer service that I did not receive!

Absolutely atrocious place, with the most atrocious attitude from employees. Horrible attitude, even from the manager. They don’t take any pride in their work and they won’t even take time to mix the drinks, especially the sparked drinks that you’re supposed to stir with a spoon.
I don’t know how this place is still up and running, especially with just the health concerns I could see standing there waiting for my coffee. Such as the date and time they hand write on the labels you’re supposed to print out with a throw out time.
This Dunkin is a perfectly example of how one should not be run. If I was this management group, I would be embarrassed having this store under my chain.

15 minutes in the drive-through Benny told him the amount of items. People are ordering on the drive-through in the morning. It’s pathetic that you have to wait 15 minutes.

I payed almost $5 for a small macchiato, when I went to take the first sip I had the cup tilted half way back. So in opening the beverage I only got 1/3 of what I paid for. Don’t forget what happened to Starbucks for not filling the cups. Be better. Not happy.

I went in this establishment to buy an ice coffee. When I got to my car and took a sip the coffee was almost half gone because they literally filled the cup to the top with ice. They charged me five dollars for a cup of ice. Then I called to rectify the situation and no one answered several calls. I will never go back there’s again. The service was a joke as there were a bunch of teenagers behind the counter carrying on like they were on recess. I am a hard working consumer who never really complains about much but this really bothered me because they already overcharged me for the product. The least they could do was give me what I paid for and they certainly did not. I will never spend another dime at this establishment,

The woman working the drive thru speaker today refused to remake my wrong coffee order. She said that since they don’t own the store (dunkin is the largest coffee chain out there) that they cannot remake my 7$ coffee that I got two sips of since it was stuffed with extra ice after I asked for less in my original order. That I would have to drive all the way back to the dunkin I got it from, who the hell wants to have to drive further after getting a wrong order? This is such a simple task to just remake someone’s wrong order, I literally still had the coffee over half way full in my hand with proof of purchase. Some people are not cut out to work in customer service? If you are a miserable person, get a remote job or stay home.

(Thought I posted this back in December) I wouldn’t go here if you’re on your way to work or on a timed break.
A 9 minute wait for a medium iced coffee! I placed my order on the app at 9am. I walk in to pick up my order and there are six people behind the counter. Three of which were not assisting with any of the orders at all. If they didn’t have uniforms on I wouldn’t have even known they were employees. There were several customers in line inside. The drive-through was busy but the 2 employees working the drive-through were cranking the orders out at a good pace.
9 minutes later, after asking about my order TWICE, I finally got my iced coffee. I have not been back since.

I placed a mobile order asked for my coffee to have extra ice when I pulled up to the window my coffee was dark with little to no ice so I asked the guy nicely if he could remake my coffee the way I ordered it he grabbed the cup and as I was trying to tell him something he rudely tossed his hand in the air and walked away. When he came back with my coffee it wasn’t remade he just added a ton of extra cream to it, no ice & thought I wouldn’t notice, I worked at a coffee shop in the past its obvious he was annoyed and didn’t want to do his job!! At this point I had to take a horrible coffee and leave because I had a few minutes to get to work. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dunkin if you do not like waisting your time or money.
