I visited this location’s drive thru early this morning. No long line just two car customers. My order included a hot chocolate. I fortunately had put the hot chocolate in my cup holder. When I took the cap off in the holder to stir it, there was no whip cream and it was filled to the tippy top. Before I could react, the hot chocolate spilled all over my car- a puddle of hot chocolate in my cup holders, splashed on my shirt /pants ..it went everywhere. I had to pull over and use a stack of napkins to clean up this big mess, the best I could. When I got to work I opened the cup again & the liquid was still filled up super high- picture included.
I have no idea why someone would do this with hot liquid as it’s super dangerous. Plus I ended up throwing it away as it tasted like hot somewhat flavored water and the cup was all sticky from the liquid running down the side. I am no longer a customer & contacted the corporate office due to safety concerns. More training is needed. Stay away from this location if ordering hot beverages in the drive thru.

It’s terrible how inconsistent the coffee always is. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it’s terrible. Today was extremely terrible. I got a medium ice toasted almond with all the milk. And instead, I got water with a little bit of coffee. It’s sad that people don’t care enough, Even if you hate your job, you should still do a good job and remake the coffee. Cause that’s what you’re, therefore. The coffee should of been remade. You can tell that it wasn’t coffee.

there’s a girl who works there in the morning and drive through her name stessey.. she’s very rude. Refuses to wait on me because of an outside problem that I have never brought inside the end of the day that’s your job. I’m a customer. You don’t have to like me, but you need to wait on me just like any other customer. she also flirts with every man that walks in there constantly flirting with the guy at the Sandwich station. The morning crew there’s constantly playing around, not taking care of customers. I am going to call and write a review every day until something is done with Stacey. She pretty much told me to call corporate pretty much saying the boss doesn’t care. I’ll still be here. something needs to be done about her. That’s not someone you want represented Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s too much joking around in there in the morning going back-and-forth on the speaker like grow up and do your job like I said I will be writing a review every day about her and Colin corporate and call the store every day to complain

Don’t expect your bread to be toasted unless you ask for it extra extra extra well done and even then you’ll be lucky if the other side is cooked at all, like you see here in this photo taken after I went back a second time….they are always out of something I ask for..They stopped selling the beyond breakfast sandwich all together. Why?? The staff is very nice, but they really do not pay attention.

Friendly people. Unfortunately it’s in a gas station and is a huge hustle and bustle place. So they get a lot of business. Which leads them to crumble under the pressure of cranking out orders. So definitely check your order if its correct. I can’t tell you how many times my ordered isn’t correct or I pay for something extra on my food item and I end up losing money cause they don’t fully read the order screen. This is just fair warning

Their iced tea taste like they never wash the container, have been multiple times and just stopped going here overall as I end up throwing it away. Any other location taste fine i’m not sure what it is here. The food is usually fine, but I’ve noticed when ordering for pickup, if they’re out of a donut they won’t say anything and won’t even replace it with another kind.

I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My brother has life-threatening food allergies, and the staff at this Dunkin’ showed a shocking lack of care or understanding. Food allergies are not a joke—they’re life or death. The way the team responded was dismissive and combative, as if a fatal reaction was no big deal. I sincerely hope it doesn’t take a tragic incident for them to realize how serious this is.
