I had went to another Dunkin and the order of my coffee was terrible and bad but I had a feeling the workers here wouldn’t screw up an order so I went in and asked if they could fix my order and they were really sweet and nice enough to have fixed my order for me I definitely recommend going to this Dunkin for tremendous service

Made exactly what I asked for which other dunkins seem to not be capable of. Great service I’ll be back while I’m working in the area daily. Normally I don’t like Dunkin to be honest so great job. I wish there was a drive thru but parking wasn’t an issue

I placed a pick up order, it is odd. This is the first Dunkin that has gotten it right but also made it beautiful.
My egg was in the middle between the double sausage and double cheese. Perfectly centered in the bread. My hot chocolate had the mocha pumps and double expresso and it was mixed!
I use to work at Dunkin so I know what (my special) hot chocolate tastes like and they did it right the first time!
The girls knew the regular customers, the place was clean and cheerful. This isn’t just anouther Dunkin, this is the local coffee shop who cares for their customers.

I had an order delivered today. The coffees were made correctly and they had all the different donuts that we ordered. Very happy with this Dunkin Donuts on Division Street. I would definitely order from this store again. Great job and thanks to all the staff there. ☺️

Went in today to get some food and drinks. Was waiting in line (1st in line) with a large line for 10 mins without an acknowledgment. Now granted they were busy, buuuuuut at least a “hey, we will a little slammed but one of us a I be with you shortly ” would have been nice. But 3 employees passed me at least 6 times total and none said a word to me or the people behind me.
Worst experience at a dunkins I’ve ever had.

This is a good branch. Organized and clean. It doesn’t have a drive-through, unfortunately. They, sometimes, miss details on my orders because of being very busy. This is not the only Dunkin that does it, though.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Truly a neighborhood Dunkin. Could use a few more seats but maybe they had reduced seating due to COVID. Has a nice long counter so you can sit and have your coffee and snack and look out the window. My coffee was perfect.
