Fantastic workers, disgusting customers. Everyone that works at this location has always been helpful, kind and as quick as they can be with the volume of orders/customers they have. The attitude and entitlement that I’ve heard from customers in the store or overheard the workers lamenting about is absolutely astonishing and, as a newer resident in the area, disappointing to know that my neighbors can be so rude and cruel. Do better with your attitude over coffee and a donut, life is short go for a walk don’t cry over the color of the crumble on top of your coffee!

Doesn’t spread a plain cream cheese bagel.. I was even about to tip them until I saw they didn’t even spread PLAIN cream cheese Embarrassing and lazy… gave me a side of cream cheese and a butter knife. i know the plain comes in the tubs and that they have a knife to spread it that’s what We Were told to do When I worked at Dunkin unless the customer specifically says on the side….

Stopped by and used the bathroom before ordering, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. Sink is covered in brown sludge and toilet seat, bowl, and floor were covered in pee. Toilet paper also wasn’t in the dispenser so I’m sure it’s fallen on the floor they clearly don’t clean. We didn’t eat there because I’d hate to know what else they don’t clean.

Ordered a plain bagel not toasted with the vegetable cream cheese on it. The young man who was preparing the food didn’t put the cream cheese on it. I brought it to his attention before he put it in the bag. He said we didn’t do that. I explained I’ve been getting that for years. He refused and threw the bag on the counter. I said just give me my money back. He referred me to go back to the order girls. They were so nice that they put the cream cheese on it. No one knows if I have a handicap or issue that inhibits my ability to perform that act. There is no reason why I should have to explain myself. They forget that they are there to preform a service. I spend $30-$40 a week there. Without us the customer they don’t get a paycheck. Too make matters worse there was a police officer at the drive up window and they asked him to come in. We spoke on my way out. I explained that at no time was I disrespectful, vulgar, or threatening. That was very embarrassing and not necessary. I was voicing my displeasure as I have a right to. If they don’t know what they are doing wrong how can they correct it. I made a corporate complaint and am still waiting to hear from the manager. After reading the other reviews I am skeptical on the response. In the end I have a choice and I choose not to go back.

I don’t know what happened at this location but I just got an iced coffee from there and it is so bitter. I’m definitely going to throw it out there’s no way I could drink this. As far as I can remember the last three times I went there it was bitter but today is undrinkable. 🙁

WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. So beyond rude to customers, extremely unprofessional work ethic. Constantly burning, or not giving enough cream cheese on bagels. Always takes very long. Managers are beyond rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t let you get extra concentrate in refreshers for some reason(never had that problem with any other dunkin). Constantly forgetting food items in my orders.

Placed an order for online pick up. Coffee wasn’t filled all the way. My daughter ended up wanting a donut too. Waited at the counter with my daughter for 3-4 minutes waiting to order a donut but no one came over. We ended up leaving.
