At this company I can see that we’re eager to attack customers after we don’t provide good quality coffee I had said I placed an order at 8:33 I had waited about 5 minutes I didn’t see my order or what might have looked like my order on the paper which was my mistake and I can admit because I’m a normal human being can understand that however when I saw the coffee I quickly realize why I didn’t see the as my order because no one should have to receive that poor quality and then I was like I want to take a picture so I can show the company exactly what you people sure average customer and when I said that on multiple times and trying to prevent the manager in multiple employees hearing me please don’t do that I want to take a picture so I can show the company but you expect to serve your customer and consider quality to the person paying money to this establishment she proceeded to throw it out then when I asked for her name and she said it was Karen then an employee who is not helping me started blaming me for the coffee being made wrong because I said that I had to go I wanted to refund because initially I didn’t have time to wait which had nothing to do with the quality of coffee in which they were about to serve me but I get it when you’re serving trash you have to blame somebody for your actions and she was giving me attitude because they were offended that I was going to receive poorly made coffee and as always an adult can’t help but control themselves my child who is minding his business not even speaking to their staff said that you know I should worry about my son who’s better behaved than those adults who are literally a targeting a child and are proud of themself I’m concerned for their professionalism also throughout their best efforts to deny me the right to report to what they have I do actually have a picture of the coffee they tried to correct me from taking a picture of and I’m going to submit it

Good for a quick breakfast with a meal deal. Coffee is okay and would probably taste better if it were fresh. Donuts are the best item they offer and best to buy in the morning. Clean store and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Can be difficult getting in and out of this location due to heavy traffic at times

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the team that’s working tonight. According to the receipt, I believe one of the team members’ names is Taylor, Kylynn though I’m not completely sure. This was my first time ordering from Dunkin’ Donuts where I was asked if I needed extra services (bagel twist, sliced), something I had never been offered before despite being a longtime customer.
The team was exceptional and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I wanted to make sure their efforts are recognized and hope the managers see how truly good they are at serving customers.

Quick-ish service. The best coffee around. I like this drip coffee much better than the competition’s drip coffee. I do like the specialty coffee’s better at the other place, tho. The flavoring they use at Duncan is different, and to me, it has an off taste. The Boston Cream is my favorite donut . You have to at least try one once in your life if you haven’t already. You most likely won’t regret it. I’ve never tried the breakfast sandwiches, but i do plan to.

I’ve been getting harassed by an employee and manager. Employee Kaitlyn has said I’ve went there multiple times when I have not. This dunkin is 10 mins away from me. There’s a dunkin directly up the street from my house. I could walk to it. I dated an employee who works at this dunkin and have not been there since we split. Kaitlyn is his new gf and she say I go in there when I don’t. The manager of the establishment Taylor. Has tried to say she seen me go in there on her cameras. The reason I know thy lied bc they said I have black hair and my hair is pink. Very very different. I’ve called this dunkin and spoke to a different manager and still Kaitlyn and Taylor employee and manager says I go in there. I posted a picture of a drink I got and the girl Kaitlyn posted on her instagram that she made it. When I never went to her dunkin. Every one at this establishment is a liar and just full of drama. It’s ridiculous. I’ve dont nothing to them and constantly they say I’m there ordering drinks causing problems.

Unfortunately, this Dunkin location is a disappointment. The bagels are noticeably smaller and taste nothing like what you get at other locations. The eggs are also different and not good at all. To make matters worse, the drive-through hands you the card reader with a tip prompt, which feels out of place for a drive-through. Keeping loose change when paying cash is one thing, but expecting a 20% tip for this level of service feels excessive

Terrible experience, my frozen mocha coffee tasted odd, nothing like other places, it had no taste of coffee and the appearance o was a lot darker than the normal. My hash browns some parts tasted like it burned and the wake up wrap wasn’t completely cooked. I don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Only dunkin that shorts you on syrups. Large gets 4 pumps not 1, stop being cheap and lazy!!!! Undercooked my food as well. Will be calling corporate as this Dunkin is supposed to be top tier but is now straight trash. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT
