If I could give zero stars I would I just waisted 13$ I asked for a bagel with cream cheese a power aid and a chocolate frosted donut…. I was given a powder donut and a bagel with barely any cream cheese Dunkin’s are known for over putting cream cheese there wasn’t even enough for half the bagel never going here again

Rude employee messed up my latte and insisted I drive around to have it fixed because she’s on a timer. But when I pulled there were eight cars in the Drive-Thru line. I worked in fast food so I get the timer thing, But a six dollar latte should be made correctly. And it wasn’t like I wanted them to remake the latte all I wanted was to order and pay for a small black coffee, so I could try and fix the latte myself (they added way too many pumps of sweetener). the standard for sweetener is three pumps why on Earth would I get 6 without requesting it?

Don’t go to this location unless you enjoy your coffee with a side of attitude. Ladies working are just RUDE. Ordered online pick up they forgot multiple items. When I politely asked for the items missing I received attitude and excuses about how they made that food already. (Clearly didn’t if it wasn’t in my bag) After all of that I still didn’t get all of the missing items after asking. Items that I paid for.
I don’t understand why these girls think it’s okay to talk to customers the way they do. I think more training in customer service should be required.

OG (Ocean Grove) Dunks is by far the best in Swansea. Special shout out to their morning crew!!! Always get a consistently good coffee from them.

The best Dunkin I have ever patronized. Every coffee, every food item is perfect every time. They are always very fast. I go out of my way to visit this Dunkin when I am in the area.

I am a senior recovering from a surgery. I asked my son to get us some coffee and to use my senior discount. I am on a fixed income so every penny counts. I wanted to do something nice for him and his wife, but this location refused to give him the discount without me present, but I can’t leave my bed. It would have been nice if they considered that he was asking for someone that isn’t mobile.

Let’s face it folks, the menu is the menu at Dunkin Donuts. The only difference between them is whether or not they have enough pride and respect to serve Fresh foods and NOT what’s been sitting around all morning. This DD had fresh and tasty food when I visited for my first time at this location. The atmosphere inside is comparable to all Dunkin Donuts Shops. I will certainly return when I visit the area again.
