At times you have to wait to order at the counter for a good amount of time or wait for your mobile order that you place a good amount of time ago. There isn’t a sense of urgency alot of the times with the staff. As a former manager, I get the craziness, however when you wait 98% of time for at least 5-10 minutes after you already placed the order, it’s a consistent issue, especially when you place an on the go order for the convenience. There are a few great staff there, but as a whole it definitely needs proper guidance to be more efficient.

Okay. This is the 3rd time “Kayla” has given me trouble. You guys need to either re-train her or fire her outright. Every time I go in and have her, she gives me attitude. I sat in and ate and she doesn’t seem to give other customers issues. Why is it me? I’m polite and courteous.
Went in today and gave her my usual order. Right after I got done with it, she askes me to repeat it again, even though I just told her, and get’s nasty when I corrected her because she wasn’t paying attention. All the other customers she treats well BUT me.
I’m taking my business somewhere else. I’m done. Done with her nonsense.

Screwed up my order in the drive thru. Had to go inside. Then not even the slightest apology for THEIR mistake. This dunkin definitely has an order accuracy problem and no service manners.

I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while now and always order my large hot decaf latte with almond milk. Since a month or two they have a new lady working the drive through.. if I’m not mistaking her name tag says Lori.C.. she has been one of the best things that happened to that location. She’s not only fast and sharp, but she has a good sense of humor, always smiles and is great with her costumers. I work in the hospitality business and know how to treat costumers! The fact that after two times she remembered me and my drink says enough. A great addition to this Dunkin Donut location and I felt like sharing this.

the drive thru is really struggling, most employees will forget half of my order before getting annoyed with ME for sitting there and waiting for the rest of my order to be brought out. it’s so much better with kayla at the window. put her there more!

My experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very pleasant. I had ordered a large, midnight rose coffee. They ran out of the mid midnight roast so the lady upgraded it free of charge to an espresso.

Too long for two coffees and one toasted croissant with cheese. 25 minutes inside since drive tru was packed with cars. Not to mention my sandwich got done and was with drive tru orders. Just a mess that crew.
