First of all i don’t know where to start. I always order this Dunkin and it is severally mid. But it’s the closest one to my house therefore I’ll go. My last trip was about 8 minutes ago. Two females or males not sure of the gender there. But they made two mango refreshers? Why a ? BC THAT DOES NOT Taste right at all. The store was completely empty just me and the workers. Drive thru was empty as well. Took a full song for us to fully be able to drive up to the window with it ready. When me and my girlfriend got hope we couldn’t decide which one had green tea or lemonade which is already a terrible start IN ADDITION THERE WERE NO STICKERS ON THE DRINK. SO WE GOT TWO ORANGE COLORED DRINKS THAT BOTH DON’T EVEN TASTE LIKE A REGULAR MANGO REFRESHER.

This dunkin locations is one of my favorites. They have good music playing so when i walk in it gets me in a good mood. The staff have always been patient with me. Today I used the app for the first time and held up the line a bit and they didn’t make me feel rushed. I also was picky with my munchkin bucket and the girl was awesome about it. My coffee was made perfectly as well. Thank you.

Spent $15.06 in less than one week at this location on large iced lattes that taste burnt and bitter. Undrinkable! These machines need to be cleaned every night at closing. Disgusting.

I received multiple wrong items, probably because the atmosphere was very loud from the kitchen and was made to feel like it was our fault she couldn’t hear the order.
Did not receive my receipt. No “thankyou have a good day.” She left that to the person giving us the food. She just walked away. I asked for assistance with my app because I have a lot of points, she said she didn’t know how.
The food was stale and cool.
The atmosphere was great. Nice quaint little place.

I will say the staff was excellent and very courteous and very friendly and very prompt. Not the greatest job but they had an excellent attitude

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They have a rude attitude. There machines freeze, and don’t even work when paying. And most of the machines to make most popular drinks are “broken”. The employees don’t even know the names of certain drinks. When I asked for a raspberry watermelon refresher that they literally had on a sign, he said to me as if I was stupid “Sorry can’t make that.” or in other words “Didn’t have it.” TERRIBLE. Avoid that location.

Yet another NO LESS than 20 minutes process to get through the drive thu on any given morning. You’d think the drive thru would be IN AND OUT… Most places it is, not Dunkin. Do not stop if you don’t have 30 minutes to waste. It’s crazy that they can’t get 4 cars thru in under 20 minutes unless it’s SUPER late at night. And then you run into “the ovens are off for cleaning” here an hour or more before closing. So, no wait, but no toasted food either. It’s sickening. If I didn’t have a gift card from Christmas, I wouldn’t even stop.
