I only come to this dunkin when my regular one is closed or out of convenience.
The people that work the morning rush are terribly slow! There’s literally zero sense of urgency no matter how many people are waiting inside and/or at the drive thru. I’ve never seen dunkin employees move so slow. And they don’t bother to actually read your order. So if you get a sandwich different than its normally made, be prepared to have to have them fix it. They also don’t make sure your bread of choice is actually toasted. Terrible.

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. Majority of the workers are in the teens half the time having argument yelling at each other. Constantly don’t have what you order, and food taste like the cleaning product in the ovens from lack of proper cleaning.

This place looks great from the outside. Looks great on the inside too. Sometimes the order comes away with no issues, but my problem is when there is an issue because it’s BAD. I’ve been here at least 4 different times when the avocado toast bread is stale or overcooked and COMPLETELY inedible. The first 10 times I had gotten it it was fine though so that is why I retained hope even after 2 or 3 incidents.
All that is annoying and shouldn’t happen, but the real issue is on my visit on June 20th 2023 at about 5:50am. I get a single item, an Avocado toast as usual. I open the box and it was so freakin obvious that someone had done something disgusting to the item, as the pictures will show. I didn’t think it was hard to make an Avocado toast, but when I ordered it the girl seemed just a bit annoyed. Nothing serious but made me take note. I get to work and open the box and immediately see what looks like spit or some kind of other bodily fluid I was disgusted by. I didn’t even to bother calling the location to tell them as I’m sure the worker who did it was one of the only people working at the time anyway. Didn’t bother calling after getting yet another hard-as-a-rock A.T. yesterday on 9/17/23 either but that’s on me… oh well.

This location wouldn’t know consistency if it hit them in the face. My order isn’t complicated (usually ordered straight off the menu) but every Monday they manage to mess up a different aspect of it.
This Dunkins is located in a sketchy gas station, too. The service is not fast at all, which is the point of being in a gas station. I often wait 10 minutes for a simple mobile order, and they never have my donuts out, I have to ask for them. The point of mobile ordering is so I don’t have to talk to people.
The employees are nice, but one tried to blame me for “taking the wrong bag” when it was very clearly my bag the the other employee had prepared (she had asked me what donuts I wanted, then gave me the wrong one after repeating my order to my face. I’m not mad at the first employee, bit the second one who tried to put the blame on me. Just say sorry.)

Love, love my people here! Friendly and knowledgable. Always greeted by Mercedes and anyone else behind the counter. Been coming here since moving to Swansea 4.5 yrs ago. I’m a daily DD iced coffee drinker, and tried out all the local dunkins in my area and continue to come back here because the staff are the friendliest and most personable. Lisa, Maddie, Michelle, Jeremy, Chris, Devon are some of the employees I’ve come to know and enjoy having morning chit chat. My order is always made to order and delicious.

This place has been going down hill a week ago I went here got the meal deal paid girl ask me you got a straw I said no she makes a face rolls her eyes then give me a straw. I still didn’t get my food and coffee nothing so you roll your eyes at I pay and you give me nothing at I wait well I didn’t get my food or coffee when i do tell still give me looks it’s been horrible lately.

Popped in here just for sandwich and coffee they never have midnight coffee so I asked for shot of espresso which I would’ve paid for and they tell me nope lol , this place will never see a dollar from me again. Great customer service !
