Love, love my people here! Friendly and knowledgable. Always greeted by Mercedes and anyone else behind the counter. Been coming here since moving to Swansea 4.5 yrs ago. I’m a daily DD iced coffee drinker, and tried out all the local dunkins in my area and continue to come back here because the staff are the friendliest and most personable. Lisa, Maddie, Michelle, Jeremy, Chris, Devon are some of the employees I’ve come to know and enjoy having morning chit chat. My order is always made to order and delicious.

Awesome dunkin donuts! Normally I’m frugal about iced coffee and get mine at cumberland farms (because it’s impossible for me to screw up my own coffee). Lately though, I’ve been getting DD as a treat and I’ve gotta say, this place has made my iced coffee perfect every time. I don’t know if that sounds too light for a recommendation, but for those of us mindful of their budget I think it’s the most important aspect.

Friendly greeting over the intercom and all smiles at the window! My server Mikayla was understanding, efficient, and overall phenomenal. You never see that kind of attitude at establishments like this anymore! She also made my coffee to perfection in a speedy manner. Definitely will be back here soon for my Dunkin pick-me-up!

The girl that worked here today is terribly rude to customers when the manager isn’t working. Tell her your order and she just says, “yep you can pull up.” After saying “thank you” at the window, she doesn’t say anything back and just gives you a snarky look. When the manager is working she’s a complete different person. She says, “Hi, can I help you?” respectfully when you get to the speaker and is very friendly only when the manager is there. Poor customer service and should be written up. This is upsetting and makes me not want to come to this dunkin.

I ordered a iced coffee with extra ice got an hot coffee with a couple of ice cubes in it. Ordered donuts got only powered donuts instead of a variety. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin. Poor customer service girls just talking amongst themselves neglecting customers waiting to order.
