I’m frustrated and honestly a bit insulted. First, I was served a burnt sandwich. I was patient and returned to the window, and the staff kindly remade it for me. However, when I went to eat the second one, I discovered there was still a piece of paper stuck to the cheese.The lady at the window was nice but whoever is handling the food should be more aware when preparing it. They gave me a refund thankfully. And hopefully this will not happen again.

Overcharged at the drive-through, went inside to rectify what I assumed was a mistake only to hear the staff standing around the window laughing how I didn’t even question the charge. Unfortunately for them they didn’t have the awareness to realize a customer, the one they were laughing about was standing at the counter behind them. I was refunded by the shift leader who was 100% aware of the antics the staff probably does regularly. I have been a customer of this location for 20 years, that ended yesterday. The general consensus amongst the town is this place has become terrible over the last few months. I was holding out but sorry to say after this incident I’m with them.

do not come to this dunkin. worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. the workers are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. screaming and swearing in the store, messing up my order almost every time i go, and make me and my friend feel uncomfortable. a couple weeks ago when me and my friend went through the drive through we were waiting for someone to take our order so we were just talking and laughing, after 6 minutes of waiting someone finally took our order then when we got to the window this male worker in the back says “so whats so funny? we heard yall laughing. is there a problem?”. we will never be back to this location

Went inside today and heard the employees screaming(literally) and having an absolute melt down and talking badly about employees and other customers. They were starting to talk really dark about things too. I got an attitude about ordering 3 coffees. I understand you are stressed over worked and short staffed but talking it out on customers is not a good look. I felt so uncomfortable and ending up apologizing for ordering coffees

Come here every morning, the service and staff are what makes this place a special place in the morning. Between my friend and I we come here so much every morning and spend usually between 10 and $12 and I get to use my rewards so it’s worth it. Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts in the city of Fall River this is my favorite.

What did the new ownership do to make great people quit like Sue?? For 23 years, this has been my morning go to – not any more. The staff knew my kids’ names. Did you cheap out? Did you restrict them to past the point of continuing? Huge mistake on the new owner. Service is awful and orders are screwed ever since. Loyal staff, like loyal customers, are your keys to success. Wow did you blow that up with whatever you did. You should be ashamed.

They pushed out long-standing, dedicated management and half the skilled, friendly staff through being reasonable. The result? Chronic short staffing, visibly overwhelmed workers half of which no doubt new and unsupervised, and a clear lack of concern from those in charge. Don’t expect prompt service—chances are you’ll be standing at the counter for 20 minutes with no one in sight, as employees scramble to keep up with a flood of drive thru and mobile orders. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
