As of today I came I ordered a chipotle wrap a medium ice and a strawberry frosted they did not follow the procedure for making the sandwich my hash brown was cold and mushy they cooked it all together and I had told them if they could remake it the manager or owner Frank came here and said that I can’t come here complaining and if I have an issue then I can go somewhere else and also told me that the way she’s cooking it which is grabbing the hash brown from the warmer which could have sat there for hours is OK and that’s how you deliver food to customers. And I told him I said if you think that me telling you guys how to correctly make something that I’m paying for is complaining that you shouldn’t be in the business so I said I’m gonna reach out to corporate I said I’d rather just get my money back I’m gonna go to another Dunkin that I absolutely love they follow procedures they do everything good and they’re not even the same company but I will be forwarding this to corporate. Please do not go here even his workers was talking about me in the back rolling their eyes and he also did the same thing just remember you are a role model so whatever you do your employees are gonna do I would never come and spend my money here and I spent hundreds of dollars here!!!! He needs Anger Management!!!!

Although today’s experience wasn’t as good as usual for this location, this is normally a great Dunkin Donuts to stop by. They are usually fast and experienced, especially during early morning hours, but I visited during the late morning this time, which perhaps was after a shift change. It wasn’t busy when I arrived but became busy shortly after I put in my order; typical of these types of take out fast food/coffee shop restaurants.
I don’t want, to sound like an old crab, but today àn old cliche occurred; there was an older woman working her butt off by herself, whilè at least four younger employees were in the back chatting, texting, and basically not doing their job. The older lady, whom I presume to be the manager, or at least should be for her efforts, seamed frustrated and called the girls out and they quickly came to attendance at their positions. My coffee was great and the sandwich was decent so I really can’t complain. This was a typical experience for a Dunkin…
Overall, it was an average experience one would expect from a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Would have been rated 5 stars if I was impressed… I would stop by again as I have many times and would also recommend to my friends.
Hey, if you want a quick sandwich, donut, and coffee, then stop on by. It is also literally (Literally!) across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps to get on and off the highway. You can’t go wrong!

Terrible customer service if I’m nice to order my food no need to be rude over the intercom people look like there miserable never again will I go there you say thank you and I never get you’re welcome back or get my food past to me always with an attitude other Dunkin are very nice and actually say have a good day at least there night shift are more nice never again first and last time I’ll be there

The only thing good about this place is the coffee. The service is trash people are so rude and take their sweeeeet time giving orders to people standing here. They do the to-go orders while there’s people standing here waiting for our coffee/ food smh some of us have actual jobs to get to while these to-go orders are probably people already at work that couldn’t stop before work like the rest of us. Ridiculous I should not have to wait 10 minutes for a COFFEE

Issues with Cashier: INCOMPETENCE comes to mind!
I came in around 5:30am, the girls are working/gossiping, It’s a quiet morning. But when I make my order the young teenager at the counter couldn’t get it right! It was infuriating!!!!! 4 times, 4 times I asked her for my CORRECT ORDER!!!!
I had asked for: I ask for 2 muffins, She gives me 1. So I reminded her that I asked for 2 not one & I had to go through the order a 2nd time: 2 Extra Large Coffee’s/ 2 Waters/ 2 muffins & 2 hash-browns & she charged me again bc she wasn’t paying attention!
Then came the coffee’s: I asked for 2 Extra Large Coffees, she gives me 2 regular coffees instead. So i turn to her & ask, “is this a large!? I asked for 2 Extra Large coffees.” When she “fixed” the order she had asked me this, “did you want 4 coffees!?”
THE SHEAR IDDOCY & INCOMPETENCE WAS ASTOUNDING!!!!!
So of course I yelled bc she wasn’t paying attention! I understand it’s 5am, but this is your job! As a customer I shouldn’t have to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times to a cashier & wait an extra 15-20 min!

Sun 8/5/24 – 12:15pm. Poor customer experience. Mobile order left incomplete on counter, second drink not made & sandwich at pick-up window for a walk In order. When asked about order after 10 mins, felt like I was doing them a disservice by the reaction I received. Store simply doesn’t run nearly as well as when the owner is there to watch their employees.
