I don’t know about food at this location but as far as iced decaf coffee goes, I literally go out of my way from my home to go to this Dunkin’ because 99.9% of the time it is brewed correctly, actually has taste and is strong, just the way I like it (I drink it black with no ice)! I hope this location continues to train new hires on the proper way to brew coffee and I will continue to make this my “go to” location!
Also, when I order through the app, my order is always there waiting for me when I arrive and I have no wait, which is appreciated.

The customer service here is ABYSMAL. Cashier was not at all paying attention to what was ordered. Manager had an attitude for having to give my friend a fork. My order was cold and incorrect and it was issue to get it made correctly. Never coming back here again.

Tell me why my order says *modify* and y’all only put 3 pumps of butter pecan instead of 4
On top of that, there is so much ice that my “coffee” is lighter than coffee milk.

The food seems to be fine, it depends who is making it.
But the real issue is that they are constantly cleaning the lobby, I know that may sound like a good thing but it isn’t. There is a boy always mopping and sweeping and he will go right over your feet
He has swept my foot, he has asked me to move to mop where I am and he just seems to be in the way. On top of that I don’t want dirt and dirty water flying around me while I’m trying to eat. Also there is always a woman sitting in there, I believe she’s a manager but she is never in uniform or working when I go in, and I go in every day. She will at most be cleaning the tables and she will spray the cleaning chemicals right near your food and drinks. Seems very unprofessional and dirty.
It comes off like she is just doing what she wants and that it’s the bare minimum. Her hair is down and what’s the point of cleaning tables with your super long hair flying around. I’m wondering if her and the male employee can’t do other task, they always seem to be cleaning the lobby and nothing else.

The staff is very unfriendly and lazy… it does not take 5 people to stand at the drive though window doing nothing… the staff was also very discriminating and rude towards the paying customers… after paying for things there, then being told I bought nothing and it’s not a hangout… the staff member also seemed quite racist telling a darker girl the same… however of the six people in there and being the only person buying anything I felt highly discriminated against when myself,the only person who had paid and the darker girl were the only two asked to leave even though everyone else was there just as long and bought nothing… I was also told I didn’t buy anything. My banking records show otherwise. however if that’s true I’m assuming one of the employees stole my card and charged my account. I’m a disabled American citizen… the staff needs be addressed on kicking out black disabled or homeless. that’s highly discriminating. Especially when the disabled person is the only one whom actually purchased anything. The store is not busy enough to have 5 or 6 people at the drive though window doing nothing. Corporate needs to step up to make some big changes. Get rid of the discriminatory racist and lazy staff

Rude, racist, and discriminating staff. It’s one thing asking someone to leave with a valid reason… it’s another to lie and tell them it’s because they bought nothing… felt targeted being a paying disabled American citizen. The only other person asked to leave was darker skinned. That shows racism in the staff. Others were there just as long and bought nothing. I also noticed four or five of the staff members standing around talking and only one person actually working the drive though. Corporate should address these issues and “trim the fat”. unfriendly lying or racist staff drive off alot of business. Paying workers to stand and talk amongst themselves, while one person works the drive though costs the company alot of unnecessary $ especially if they’re also making paying customers uncomfortable
