I come here atleast every Saturday before work, it takes a little longer than it should but it’s fine. Until today whenever I PRE ordered my 1 bagel and 2 drinks. It took me 15 minutes to drive there. Once I got there I waited 45 minutes before they said anything to me. Other people had the same issue a when they tried asking they were ignored. When I finally said something, they said “wait a minute” so they could do the drive through and walk in orders. If I PRE ordered something it should come first. I ended up ditching it and I was extremely late for work. I ended up going to a different one. I did not get a refund. I am very upset

This place seems well run-especially in the morning. It’s well staffed, the drive through moves along quickly and there is a large clean seating area. This being the cape-you get a lot of customers who either don’t know what they want, or don’t realize that this is Boston (sort of) and they should be ready to order. Based on my experiences at Dunkin outside of Massachusetts (North Conway NH and Rochester NY come to mind) this one is great.

Whenever I visit this place, it reminds me of a liminal space, so we have that going for it. However, I don’t really like the hours here. If you need breakfast for the next morning, it can be hard to acquire from here. The donuts are good enough, but when better options are up the road, can you really go here?

The place was packed out at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. And a staff of six heroically work their butts off to please a Sunday morning back home from the cape crowd. I felt like they needed the encouragement so I yelled out to the staff thank you for doing a great job God bless you all!. When you’re dealing with a crowd like this serving can be a thankless job, but felt like they needed to hear it. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for above and beyond first class service with a smile!

The last two times I’ve been through the drive-through in the morning. My order has been completely wrong, even though it comes up correct on the screen. I don’t know who’s back there but it’s wrong. My other order was burnt so bad. I couldn’t eat it. This one I don’t know what they put on. It wasn’t an English muffin. I don’t like to complain. I really don’t. Your workers seemed great, but I don’t know who’s putting together the food but I’m really upset. It’s not OK. I go there every day and I’m not going back again.

legit the slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to. waited in line for nearly 30 minutes without moving (only two cars in front of us) and you’d think like oh the people before must’ve ordered a ton of food right? nope, literally just coffee. finally we pull up to the window to get our food and we have to wait an additional 10 minutes as they BEGAN making our order…..like what’s going on team

I don’t usually post reviews for chains but this is definitely one place I make an exception. This crew goes the extra mile to be friendly and brighten your day with more than just your coffee. The crew is polite and they all seem like they are happy to be at work! The manager in the morning is so nice and he has excellent customer service skills (something I do NOT have so I’m always impressed by people who are so great at it). This Dunkin is my favorite!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I was here on Saturday morning and I waited for my food for about 30 minutes. They are clearly understaffed as you could see everyone was running and still the queue was all the way back to the door. I also asked for a box for my sandwiches and one of the employees tried to help me but the manager very rudely told me they can just give me bags for sandwiches and not boxes (even if my bag was clearly very full). I was there today and had the same experience, a 20 to 30 minutes long wait for my coffee and food. 0/5 don’t recommend.
