Another disappointment and money literally thrown in the trash from this location. How could the girl making this think it was ok to give out. Burnt and rock hard couldnt even take a bite ..Definitely avoiding this location again for the last time!

The bagel toaster caught fire. The workers were blowing out the fire and stated: this always happens. The workers were pleasant. My meal was OK. Had to warm sandwich as the cheese was not melted. Would not go to this site again

The outside looks dirty and trash was overflowing onto the ground the inside trash was a bucket on the ground The one employee busting her butt should get a raise. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed, and should step up and do better. If I had one person trying to do everything my butt would be behind the counter or cleaning. Your failing. Do better!

I usually don’t write reviews even if I had a bad experience, but this Dunkin was awful. I’ve worked at a few myself before and I was appalled at the service. I only got a coffee and a bagel but I could tell by looking at the coffee already that something was off. It was bubbly at the top and off color from my usual order. I decided to try it anyway and it tasted nasty. I could only think it was the bottom of the iced coffee shuttle to have it foam at the top like that. Mistakes happen so I asked for it to be remade. The girl behind the counter looked at me asked me what I wanted which I asked again that I wanted it remade because it didn’t taste good. She only replied with “why?” She gave me the impression that I was being unreasonable for asking for a remake with the deadest stare. She took my previous drink and went over to the side where a shift lead took over. The shift lead was fine, but I was irritated by the previous worker’s attitude. Thankfully I don’t live in Harwich, but I don’t recommend this Dunkin.

Customer service is AWFUL. The blonde manager with glasses is probably the slowest and rudest person I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Service is slow, coffee is always wrong/burnt, and the staff are just MISERABLE. This store needs serious help… will never go back! Don’t bother going to this dunks!!!!!!!

Cashier was very friendly and efficient, the man making the coffee and sandwiches… I’m at a loss for words….. I’ve never waited so long for two coffees at a Dunkin’s in my life, and no there was no one else in front of me waiting for anything. He finally hands me my coffee’s and I thank him and ask for a tray….he turns his back and starts to make an English muffin never acknowledged me.
I’m not from the area and felt a little dumb when I noticed the trays on the counter to my left. What really gets me…I had already tipped the cashier 3 & change… and then seeing a tip jar for likely the owner (based on his attire and attitude/ no uniform/ key ring etc. attitude being the biggest)…three Stars are 100% the cashier’s , the atmosphere is all the other customers who came in while I was there, the food…is Dunkin’s, you’d have to go out your way to make it bad.

I went in to redeem my birthday reward and the 2 ladies at the registers didn’t know what I was talking about. Appeared to be J1s so not mad at them at all. The one that was working with me went to ask her a manger 3 times about if I get any free rewards and her manager just didn’t come out to talk to me until the cashier went to her for the 5th time! She came out smacking her gum, super rude, wouldn’t really answer any of my questions. I showed her the offer in the app and that it was my birthday and she just said “we don’t give out free stuff”. Like what? Went to a better Dunkin and actually got my rewards. Avoid going here

Horrible customer service! Ordered a bagel with butter on side (because their butter is oily and makes bagel soggy prefer butter packets) they put 2 packs in bag I said “can I please have 2 more butter packets” the woman rolled her eyes grabbed some and then said next time ask for butter on your bagel! I said no thank you I don’t like the butter you use…I wanted to say more but I have more classy than she did!!!! Wanted to take my tip back!

Woman at the counter was more interested in talking gossip with a friend than prepping for the wave of new customers coming in.
Got my entire order wrong. Staff was lethargic at best very disinterested in even a 16th of what’s normal for a Dunkin’s in the entirety of Cape cod.
I’ll avoid this place and suggest others do too.

Just another disappointment with food service on the Cape. DD doesn’t have sufficient staff turning what should be a 5 min stop at DD into 15+ minutes. 15 min for bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is unacceptable. Mobile ordering is killing business. They are processing online orders before people standing in line. Visitors come to the Cape for vacation and add to local economy. I for one will NOT be leaving for prepared food moving forward.
