Stopped in for a quick breakfast- not sure if all dunkins are like this but we were not impressed.
Nothing had any flavor. Got the peppered bacon croissant and powdered donut holes.

I don’t know what to tell you. Hire more people. Dedicate someone to uber orders. And fix your life. Terrible. Why would I have to wait this long for cardboard food. Edit: update, still waiting it’s been another 10 mins. Wholeheartedly don’t even bother.

The obnoxiously rude person taking orders advised me she would be right with me they were having register issues. I waited 20 minutes to be told the registers weren’t working quite different than having issues. When I asked her why she didn’t tell me that 20 minutes earlier, she got loud and even more obnoxious trying to argue. I guess this place NEVER improves pretty pathetic, but I should have learned my lesson last time. Starbucks might be pricey, but they get it right with excellent customer service!

Honestly , the attitude of the drink maker was terrible. When we ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream they blended it , not put on top.. also coffees had so much room not even filled to the top. When I got my coffee, it had almost 3 inches empty , when asked to fill to the top , it seemed like me asking for a full coffee was an issue. Speak to customers with respect …when asked to remake they were rude about it.

I was fundraising outside and grabbed some coffee, the staff were the nicest I’ve ever met at a Dunkin. They were not only friendly but very professional and attentive to my order,especially the manager Jenn and the young Russian girl Victoria. I wish I had this type of experience every time. I recommend this place over all of Cape Cod!!!!!!

whoever is working at 10:00am on sunday, you are incredible. I had a massive order and they apologized for the wait and made everything exactly how i ordered it. Often times when I order on the app the cold foam is forgotten or the extra sausage is forgotten or whatever because they’re busy, but this place got everything right even while the place was slammed. 10 times better than the orleans dunkin.
