Worst dunks on the entire Cape! 1 person waiting on food and 1 person in front of me in line. Took 20 minutes to put my order in and receive it. Staff attitudes were terrible, like nobody wanted to be there. Coffee was watered down and I watched staff put her bare fingers inside multiple cups including mine, then when coffee was made out them all over the lid and were id drink from. Bacon egg and cheese wasn’t even close to warm. It was disgusting! 2 bites and in the trash! Egg was really thin and tasted like nothing it also had a weird texture like it was melting in my mouth. Cheese wasn’t melted, croissant was cold as well as the meat. I worked at this one 20 years ago and oh my has it gone through some changes! I’ve tried to give this one multiple chances as it’s the closest one to my house but I will not be returning ever again.

They had a line taking up half the space at this gas station. All they had to do was put the mobile orders on the rack so the customers can access them and take care of like 5 people waiting. Instead, you have to ask one of the few employees there to stop what they’re doing to check an order. Mine was done — since I ordered through the app, I could read the bag from behind the counter — and asked one employee to grab it. She was very rude and got snippy that I interrupted her. The employees here are so unfriendly and actively make the job harder on themselves.

I don’t know about you, but every other Dunkin I’ve ever been to has put more bacon on one of these than this. Calling this the standard amount of bacon is comparative to scraping the crumbs they drop on the floor and putting it on this mediocre piece of toast. I know my Dunkin and this isn’t IT 🙁 I love my fellow servers in service, but come on guys.

Ordered a jelly donut and a large black iced coffee with 3 sugars. Got the donut right away, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I still didn’t get my coffee. I had to leave for work, so I ended up walking out without the drink I paid for. Absolutely unacceptable—especially for something as simple as a black iced coffee. The lack of urgency and poor customer service made this a really frustrating experience. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

I arrived around 1030 am and there was no one in line and the woman behind the counter was making a drink. When she as done she never acknowledged me and started cleaning a machine instead of telling me someone will be with me or please hold on. There were 3 people behind me and she started cleaning for a few minute then went to stock cups and miscellaneous items. What happened to customer service? The worst place I have ever been to! There was no one waiting for a pick up a man out back working on pick ups. I ended up leaving after waiting 5 minute without getting served. Awful experience and piss poor service.

I only gave this place one star because I couldn’t rate zero. I went there and the manager took my order he was very rude and he threw my food down to rush to assist other customers. I had to call for him to finish my iced coffee by adding whip cream and caramel drizzle, even then he did not add any caramel drizzle just the whip cream. The coffee tasted horrible and the service was a horrible experience. To add this was not my first interaction with him and it had always been the same. He does not need to be dealing with customers. Things were much better during the summer when the line people would sometimes be up front along with seasonal workers. My advice get rid of that manager upfront please.

Nice little Dunkin’ outlet inside a gas station. Was staffed by a nice old lady. Got a latte and a plain coffee and no complaints about the service. Don’t forget to leave some tip in the glass jar near the register for the nice old lady.

Very slow service ordered a couple of iced coffees and bagel with cream cheese and took twenty minutes 3 workers on and only two other people in line several other people still waiting on their order smelled alcohol on server at cash register have also seen workers smoking weed in the parking lot
