I go to DD a lot and to a lot of different ones. They are usually good and pretty much all the same. This one ,however,has a problem with the coffee being hot enough. Twice now I have gotten warm coffee not hot. Equipment problems??

Slob behind the counter sitting scrolling on her phone couldn’t have cared less about the elderly man screaming “hello! Are you open!?” At 3pm as i walked in. She proceeded to not greet anyone with words, just a blank somber expression as she struggled to waddle towards the register. Seemed like she was in absolutely no rush so we left. Which is for the best cause the flies buzzing around the doughnuts and the egg smeared counter made me reconsider.

Stood in line for over 20 minutes then when I got to the counter I was told they couldn’t take anything but drink orders because they just got a big mobile order and it would be about 30 minutes before they could take a food order.
It maybe wouldn’t piss me off so much if they hadn’t stopped taking orders for a bit while I was waiting so they could “reset”.
If you cant run a register and take orders at a decent speed why are you taking online orders on top of that?
They should just do all online orders or none

don’t go here in the summer. Staff is wonderful in the winter and always gets everything right, but I just went in and paid extra money for cold foam and oat milk and received neither. for someone with a dairy issue that could be a huge issue. I also ordered another couple things online and it sat behind the counter melting because they didn’t care to put it up on the shelf. additionally upon arriving, I had ordered a croissant and they didn’t have any and I had to have an English muffin. Just not a good Dunkin.

Yet again, the employees were friendly and polite at this location, which is in a Shell gas station. I was leery about getting (stale) donuts in a gas station, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a double chocolate donut and a corn muffin. Both were very good and certainly not stale.

I’ve been here 3 our 4 times on occasion over the past year. The food and coffee is consistantly good, and the staff is friendly! Probably wouldn’t consider it cozy, but twice now my wife and I stayed for a bit while we waited to go to an appointment near by.

There’s one young lady there that consistently has a nasty attitude about her. Your hours are until 7 not 10 minutes of sweetheart. If you’re going to greet customers 10 minutes before you close with your nasty attitude and refusing to serve them you need another job honey.
