This location has the funniest and friendliest staff! We came in later in the day and the sweet girl was moping the floors, she was very kind as we walked all over her clean floor! The staff seemed to have fun and make it a good atmosphere! They also had one Stoney clover mug left!!!! Score!

The staff are sooo rude, barely speak English, in got a bagel with cream cheese at 1pm, I won’t again!! The bagel was hard on the outside, I could barely bite it… fresh? I think NOT. Not if they’ve been delivered in the am and sat there under a display case all day!!!

The morning staff are excellent, this is my go to Dunkin’s that I stop by every morning.
Never had any issues, they consistently are polite/respectful, drive thru is quick and my coffee and food always come out great.
The bad reviews may be referring to the afternoon staff.
I have come here before in the afternoon and didn’t have a great experience.
Staff seemed lazy, coffee was made completely wrong, the guy asked me like three times how I wanted my coffee and still got it wrong three times in a row and had the nerve to talk trash about me to his coworker when he thought I left.

Was the worst service I ordered a large hot caramel cappuccino , a 2 frosted chocolate donuts, a grilled cheese, and he gave me all different things. A cold cappuccino, one slice of bread with the grilled cheese. People never listen the order.

The girl working closing 9/21/24 was extremely rude i stood waiting for 30 minutes before i sent my bestfriend in to try to get her attention. Should not be alone if she cant do the job. Food was cold drink wasnt made at all till after i asked

I used to be a regular here, even though ordering my coffee 20 mins ahead they STILL wouldn’t have it ready in time. A coffee. They have the rudest employees and the slowest turn around for service. I ordered a coffee on mobile order as I always do and went inside 15 mins later and surprise surprise it wasn’t ready. So after 5 mins of standing there I said is my coffee done? They told me there was no mobile order. So I showed them my receipt that I did purchase it that morning and they all just looked at me like “well it didn’t pop up so you’re not getting it”. Then the manager said “just make the coffee”. That was the last time I ever went. Horrible service don’t waste your time.

Short staffed. Looked like it was training day. I Ordered 2 2pc bagel mini everything instead I received plain. LG hot chocolate with whipped cream. No whipped cream at all. I understand things happen just sucks when it does.
