My server was pleasant enough, wearing plastic gloves at the register. The woman before me paid in cash and I didn’t begrudge him wearing the gloves because money is pretty dirty. I ordered my breakfast sandwich and he went to make it. He wore those same gloves while making my sandwich! And if that wasn’t bad enough, he wiped the side of his mouth with those same gloves as he handed me my sandwich. Needless to say, I didn’t eat it and threw it out when I got home. I had no idea how long he’d been wearing those same gloves, what he had handled, or what else he wiped. As I said, he was nice so that wasn’t the issue. He just needs a lesson in sanitary practices. I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

This was definitely the smallest Dunkin location I’ve ever patronized. We were in town for a youth hockey game. When we walked In there was only one employee behind the counter and a line of three people ahead us. While we were waiting another three people walked in. Although it was a sole employee, they were efficient, friendly and had us out in only a few minutes. If we are in the area and need our caffeine fix, we will happily patronize again.

I don’t need to pile on what other reviewers have said, but this place is still terrible.

The old lady with the ponytail is still there and as miserable and rude as ever. Because of her terrible management some of the other staff members are now feeling empowered to be rude as well.

Avoid this Dunkin’s at all costs.

This place has been historically one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to as far as order accuracy and getting your order on time but I feel like I’m the past month or so it’s been doing really well. Seems to coincide with when the new kid that works mornings and makes the food on the end of the line started and that old, cracked out lady hasn’t been there.

I know it seems crazy to know this so intimately but I go every morning and it pretty much affects how my whole morning goes, especially when my order was like 10-15 minutes late some days after ordering ahead 10-15 minutes.

after waiting 10 minutes to get served, The COFFEE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING. Service was slow should have known when everyone kept coming back to tell them the coffee was horrible. NEED TO WASH OUT YOUR COFFEE POTS MORE OFTEN, AND DO NOT USE OCEAN WATER.

Today, I got to see Andrew Savary, giving his all at a very busy time, Dunkins was filled with lots of after school high school students, as well as regular customers, as busy as it was orders were coming in and going out, customers greeted with a smile and the pleasant nature that is Andrew, Matt after making a supply run , joined him and the line of customers dwindled quickly, Matt shows great team leadership and truly cares about the customers as well as his team. Both Andrew and Matt impressed me with their work ethics. Its Truly what makes a productive team. GREAT JOB Andrew and Matthew, its great to see young men putting fourth such effort, and PRIDE in what they’re doing, and working together as a team.

The amount of times I’ve been here and they are out of what I’ve ordered via the mobile app is ridiculous. Today was my last straw because apparently they didn’t have a manager on shift to give me a refund so I was forced to choose something I wouldn’t eat or forfeit my money. That’s not a great business model. The simple solution to this is applying quantities to the app (like Starbucks) to indicate if they are out of a product or not. I literally just lost 4$ because they couldn’t refund me for their lack of a product. I had to choose something but all the options were things I don’t like so it was a waste of food and my money. It happens to this location the most. I know it’s not necessarily the staffs fault but the fact that they told me I couldn’t get a refund is ridiculous.

The old woman with the long ponytail who works here is by far the RUDEST person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Today was the last straw for me, a gentleman had a problem with his order and wasn’t the nicest about it. The girl who waited on him left the front crying because of him. This old woman then starts yelling at the kid making coffee and yells again saying “I’m not yelling at you” when she clearly was yelling at him!! The customers were uncomfortable with her behavior. Then she began yelling at the poor young girl who walked away crying telling her she could go home if she didn’t want to work. It was SOOO awful I walked out without ordering. I had already waited in line and was now at the counter waiting to order but I just couldn’t listen to this rude old biddy. It was not worth seeing her berate the two other young employees. This is not the first time I have seen this woman be rude and yell at customers and employees. I will NOT give this Dunkin my money as long as that old lady is there treating the employees and customers like garbage. She needs anger management or not work in the service industry if she can’t handle it. Unacceptable behavior, if I was that young girl I would have given it right back and quit. Brenda Chase, you are a terrible human!!
