I stopped into this Dunkin’ location recently and was genuinely impressed. The store is spotless — everything from the counters to the dining area is clean and well-maintained, which isn’t something you see everywhere these days. The staff here is consistently fast, courteous, and on top of things, even during busy hours.
A special shoutout to the manager, Tony. He’s incredibly friendly, always visible on the floor, and quick to jump in if anyone needs help. You can tell he runs the place with pride because the whole operation feels smooth and welcoming.
Overall, one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!

Came here today September 28,2025 service wasn’t entirely bad but you could tell the person working there was overstimulated got both my coffee wrong and didn’t add espresso to the signature lattes. Please get someone else to help with closing because one person simply is not enough he seemed overworked and I regret ever stopping waste of my money.

Very long wait of 20 to 30 minutes just to get our food. Was able to charge my phone. But very busy. Only reason i gave it 3 stars was due to the fourth of july week.

I go to this Dunkin frequently for breakfast. I recently decided to try Decaf as I cannot have coffee at all. Ordered a Caramel Craze Signature Latte with Decaf and Almondmilk as I am also lactose intolerant. It made me sick within the hour of drinking it. I stress that the staff genuinely take better preparation when it comes to DECAF orders as when people order DECAF it is because they CANT HAVE COFFEE. I recommend anyone who drinks decaf to not order from here as you are playing with fire.

I love Dunkin and this was a good one!
It was very busy and I ordered for drive through pickup but they had so much business the line was quite long! So I went inside and the helpful employee grabbed my drinks for me.
If you go here in the morning time in the summer I’d suggest doing a mobile order for in store pickup so you can grab your drink without having to trouble any employees or add time to any lines!

This Dunkin really needs to be investigated by corporate for its customer service and overall basic functionality of a restaurant. We started out in the drive through about 4 cars back from the order menu with an additional 5 ahead of that. A typical Dunkin moves cars about 1 per minute, 1.5 minutes for a slow location. This place made us wait 30 minutes to get our food!
The Bagel sandwich and OJ was fine. However, my daughter asked for a chocolate frosted donut without sprinkles but received one with sprinkles. No biggie, she just asked the employee to exchange it for one without. He comes back with what looks like the same donut with the sprinkles wiped off with a wet napkin! At least that’s what we hope he did, it’s also possible he also licked them off. Anyways it looked gross, and we waited 30 minutes for it. Never coming back to this location.

Been going here for 15 years and the service has been so terrible over the past year I’m done with the place. At first I thought it was the employees who were incompetent but now I realize it’s the manager since every new bunch of employees are poorly trained. This place always seems to be out of staple items on the menu since every week not enough inventory is ordered. I guess they believe it’s better to run out before the weeks up instead of having enough. The help on week day mornings have there act together and are very nice but on the weekends the employees have zero motivation and training.

I am NOT a dunkin girl (even though I was raised in Boston). With that said, I constantly find myself at this East Falmouth location because the staff is AMAZING. They are always slammed and busy, but their kindness and smiles are constant. The regular staff on weekdays all deserve a raise! I will keep coming back because they are a pleasure to see.
