Normally I would never be inclined to review a chain location of any kind, but I worked at a Dunkin for nearly five years and this was insane and worth sharing. Not only was service incredibly slow despite them not being busy at all, I had to keep correcting them during and after my order was placed as they kept trying to give me things I did not ask for (nitro cold brew instead of regular, bacon on wrap when I’m a vegetarian), but the real kicker here was that they cooked the wax paper from the egg patty INTO my food! Both employees present seemed like they haven’t been properly trained to be quite honest, I would recommend hitting the Starbucks next door instead.

I went in to order a cereal milk latte, and the woman that have the front asked me what type of cereal milk latte that I wanted. I was confused and said just a regular cereal milk latte and she turned the monitor around to show me the point of sale and asked me to choose which one I wanted.
It was a good thing that her coworker came over to help her select the right option and get me cashed out.
But the coffee was terrible. You pay 50% of minimum wage for a single coffee and it comes out like crap with an attitude. I love that.

Wow! Jamie, your manager working the 5th of July – This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin doughnuts, I ordered 40+ dollars worth of food/drink and asked for a refill on iced coffee, which I offered to pay for. Jamie said no insistent that I should pay 6.00 for a new coffee. Dunkin used to be a customer friendly business, please save your money make coffee at home, they have turned into Starbucks.

If I were to give this place -5 stars I would. It was an absolute disgrace. Waited an hour for my food only for it to come out wrong, missing items, and so cold I swear I saw a piece of frost on it. I will never be coming back to this place and am a extremely unsatisfied customer.
