Count me in as one who had a positive experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts, which I came across while on holiday when my daughter wanted to check out the indoor flea market across the divided highway.
Get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich and stroll around the flea market.
The counter staff were friendly and efficient, the signature coffee fantastic, and the place was clean.
Locals and tourists alike seem to frequent the place, and ample free parking makes the spot an easy place to pull in and out of.

I thought I would give them a second chance. Lady who took my order had a bad tone and kept asking me before I finished telling her what I wanted: “Anything else?!” And they didn’t even get my order right. I ordered two hash browns and two egg & cheese on English Muffins. Received one hash brown and does this look like an English Muffin to you? Never coming here again.

If you ordered a medium iced coffee and got this, what would you do? I didn’t have time to go back and ask for a remake/top off, but you really shouldn’t have to do that anyway lol. This location is consistently bad but today’s visit made me sad 🙁

Asked for a simple bacon egg and cheese, should not be that hard to make correctly but apparently it was considered they forgot to put the damn egg on the sandwich let alone the extra cheese that was supposed to be on it too, honestly made me very disappointed the workers never pay attention to anything they’re doing and will 100% always forget an item whether it’s a donut, a sandwich or even a whole coffee it’s actually ridiculous to think how much money I’ve wasted on food they don’t have or didn’t make correctly cause they weren’t paying attention, there have also been multiple times where they have completely shut off there ovens and you couldn’t even get any food, and if you use the app they won’t refund you any money they will just tell you “the app does it somehow”

Drive thru purchase for coffee and donuts. Not a long line but the wait was incredible. Service SLOW. 2 coffees two donuts. When we reached the window, we had to wait for the small coffee…. really??!!

It’s a decent Dunkin Donuts. When I came in in the late morning, there was a small line. I used the bathroom and when I came out, everyone was gone. Lady at the counter was nice and so was the girl that handed me my bag. Bathroom was clean. The hand dryer was ridiculous though and kept turning off, so it took forever to dry my hands. Overall, definitely recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ recently. One of the senior staff members was extremely rude to a new employee, speaking in a harsh and disrespectful tone in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness, and honestly, quite unprofessional.
I hope management takes this seriously. Senior staff should be setting an example by being supportive—not tearing others down. Please consider providing better training on respectful communication and team support.

It costs nothing to be kind. And at this location you couldn’t even pay the workers to be decent. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, to take your frustrations or even just not have basic customer service skills is awful.

Are you going to look at yourself in the mirror every day and sincerely be happy with that type of attitude? Seriously. I have not been having the best mental health recently to be absolutely and dumbly honest in a Google review lol. And MAN did that comment make me upset.
I took 20 seconds. The automatic “hello” message they use glitched. I didn’t know. I swear to you — a 20 second delay isn’t going to hurt the one car in the line behind me.

I don’t like giving a bad review, especially when the staff is really nice, but I came here a couple weeks ago and my matcha latte was made totally wrong. barely any matcha and there was a lot of product missing (I hadn’t even put the straw in in the photo). this isn’t the first time this has happened at the same place, and for a nearly $5 drink I expect more than just milk and a buncha ice.
