A very solid Dunkin’ with extremely fast service and ample seating. I had the breakfast sausage sandwich on a croissant, whose butteriness hit the spot, and a hot pumpkin spice latte, which was a bit too sweet for me but good, coming in a nice holiday cup.

It’s one of the best Dunkin stores in Boston area. It’s in a convenient location with plenty parkings. Clerks are friendly and locals seem to love this one. I like its cozy atmosphere with well arrayed seating. Next time I will try eating in.

The service team is really kind… this place is great if you like burnt tasting coffee and enjoy sitting at their outdoor ashtray, I mean, “patio” that reeks of cigarette smoke with a man chain smoking every morning (closer than 25’ from the door, violating MA Smoking Code ), cigarette butts every where, and cigarette ash pressed into all the edges of the patio table. No longer dog friendly. Has gone down hill since renovating the interior and further downhill since Julianna has left.

This place used to be great! Service now since Juliana had left is meh, there’s one woman who is friendly. Coffee is about the same as any Dunks. Atmosphere is more corporate Dunks since the renovations. Dogs are no longer allowed. I walk my dog every morning to dunks, but I guess not anymore.

I’ve been trying to reach them for almost 1 week giving them a call to put some boxes of hot coffee and hot chocolate in prior to my arrival and they never got a chance to pick up the phone, also the management is not really nice people have a hard time with the language barrier. It’s been hard to communicate with this store in specific.

I love Dunkin so much! It is comforting that they are everywhere and have cheap but good drinks. I go a lot before work so I use the app for rewards point which is fun.

Too many online orders effecting in-store service. Extremely busy took way too long to get my coffee literally like 15 minutes. Some of it was the fact they probably could’ve used another employee on at that time of day. The biggest problem not just here but at all DUNKS locations is the Duncan to go online ordering that takes priority over the people in the store and it’s not right if I’m standing right there in front of you I should get service first as well as other paying customers that are standing there listening to that stupid little chime go off every millisecond that’s the corporate’s biggest mistake that affects every location
