I went in for coffee , my service was fast, the young lady serving me was friendly and fast! I used the bathroom, and it was one of the cleanest DD bathroom I have seen in along time. Only downfall for me is very limited parking, and no drive thru. If I’m in the area I would not hesitate to stop in again.

This place SUX. Don’t get me wrong, I love getting Dunkin’ Donuts with my morning joe. But this specific Dunkin’ Donuts has SOILED my day, maybe even my life. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. They messed up my order and when I kindly brought it to their attention the worker called me a “C***”. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN’ DONUT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’M A LITTLE BIT ANGRY RIGHT NOW

Very RUDE staff. VIsited this place twice and on both occasions had a negative experience. One of the staff literally shouts while constantly talking, which makes it not an ideal place to work. Politely asked if they can be more quite, she simply made fun of that and continued loadly talking!! Totally disappointing.

Rude staff. Is it that difficult to stock bags of ground regular and decaf coffee? They are frequently out of one or the other. They always seem to have excuses. The order to their store was shipped wrong. It’ may be in the back and we can’t go back to look. When I complained about it after coming in twice, the person waiting on the counter yelled at me.

It’s a Dunkin’ donuts, I have to say if you are in the Boston area and you don’t know what a Dunkin’ donuts is or what it should be like inside then I’m a little confused and because I do believe that donut production is one of the major industries in this area. Well along with colleges and hospitals. Otherwise it is a rather nondescript fast food like operation. The donuts are of medium quality the coffee is by some people’s accounts exceptional when I say the coffee I mean their drip coffee is good. I can personally verify this my White Tower of authority on the quality of coffee is my birthplace which is Washington State Seattle area which has been long known for fanatical focus when it comes to coffee. There’s a good reason for this, caffeine is good for offsetting depression in some people, Washington State has a certain quality that lends itself well to the production of a deep depression. So I count myself an expert, the coffee is very mild and has a very low acidity that makes it a pleasant drink in the morning.
