I’ve been coming to this location for years before my work shift in the AM! A few workers there are super kind. HOWEVER…! Yesterday the so called “manager” an old lady with horse eyebrows screamed at me in front of everyone that I shouldn’t have my sandwich the way I ordered it because that was not how it was suppose to be sold in order to be a combo (which the only difference has always been that I have asked them to take the beacon out because of my allergies to pork). And she enraged with no doubt yelled at me for wanting the sandwich without the beacon. Simply because that was not the way the sandwich was suppose to be sold. On top of that she screamed at everyone making sure everyone understood to not sale me the sandwich unless it was the way it came (which it comes with beacon, and I get a very severe allergy reaction if I consume it). At the end I told her to forget my order that I wasn’t going to pay for something unless it was made the safe way I wanted it. She was super angry and kept screaming at me saying “I can’t give you what you want because is not how is suppose to be”. Mind you she was aware of my allergies because I’ve always come to this location and she always witness what I’ve asked for. Anyhow never coming to this place EVER again, and if you see that lady, just be aware she doesn’t bite none of you. ^.^

Just came in. I smiled, she was mad for some reason. I asked for an iced latte and whatever she made was clearly not anything like a latte. I did not handle her the money right away because the drink did not look like how I usually have it. Very rude person and not friendly at all. Stay away from this location if you want to have your drink made the right way. She clearly hates her job.

This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.

If you want your coffee to be rushed, sloppily made and just flat out wrong, this is the place to go. The manager only makes matters worse, as she’s the one up at the register causing the most confusion. Y’all really need a more effective and efficient way of taking and making orders ( write on the cup, it’s important). And if you are going to make the order wrong, at least be on point with your customer service… because it was atrocious.

The morning crew is the best, very welcoming and fast. I’ve had an issue with the afternoon shift person working she is awful never gets my coffee right and when I ask for it to be corrected she rolls her eyes at me. I go out of my way and go to another dd just to prevent dealing with her. Today I stopped by after work not thinking about her since I had not been there in a long time. As I walked in she was not wearing a proper mask just had something covering her nose. But what tiked me off the most is that she received an Uber order as I was walking in. There was no line behind me and she told me I had to wait until she was done with her Uber order. I thought it was something quick. She walked over to make sandwiches instead of assisting me with one iced coffeE: i walked out very annoyed and am planning on reaching out to her manager

Im giving this a 1 star review so people could see this more (we all skim over good reviews and read the bad ones) but really it would be 5 stars or a million years. THEY MAKE THE BEST SANDWICHES.
Honestly I don’t know how they do it, but every single other Dunkin’s sandwiches are never cooked as good as they cook them here. The service is simple and nice and always on time. Every time I come to Waltham, I literally say “I’m going to that 7/11 dunks” just because it’s better than any other one

Everyone I’ve met there has been super friendly, courteous and quick with orders. The manager is incredibly personable and even remembers when I come in week to week. I love it.
