If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a shaken espresso and I said no sugar. The lady on the speaker said sharply we don’t put sugar in it. She put in brown sugar espresso on the screen. Gave me serious attitude and hurried me along. As I got to the window I tried explaining that I don’t want sugar and the girl at the window was very confused. They finally made it and when I tried it, it was made wrong. I asked the manager what milk she put in and she said oat milk. I said I didn’t ask for oak milk, it should be just milk and espresso. And she rudely told me, “I know how to make it”! They brought me out the espresso after a minute or so and it was still made wrong. I will never go to this dunkin again. I’ve never had a manager from a coffee shop treat me so poorly. Avoid at all costs.

This morning I pulled in to take out and with all the snow banks I didn’t see the speaker, I assumed it was under the snow. I waited in line and got to the window and explained what happened and the server refused to make me a coffee! Stating there were 2 customers behind me and I had to go around the building again. It takes 15 seconds to make a coffee and she wouldn’t do it! Totally unprofessional and rude! Went up the street to the Honey Dew where they were Totally polite and professional!

This morning I pulled through the drive-through ordered a medium coffee and a muffin came to $5.29, The young girl at the window took my gift card swiped. It handed me my coffee and said thank you. Have a nice day. I said to her I ordered a muffin as well. She turns away from me. She looks at the rack. She grabbed a bag, handed it out the window says nothing. I look in the bag, no napkin. I then asked her for a napkin and she stood there in the drive-through window, staring at me. I asked her again for a napkin. She slowly turns, walks away, gets one napkin, and then slowly walks back to the window, not handing it to me. I finally got very frustrated and I said to her, I am on my way to work. Could I please have that napkin. I don’t understand why we have people at the drive-through who act like we are putting them out. Secondly I think Dunkin’ Donuts should always provide napkins with any order that is taken through the drive-through. If you’re inside, you can get your own napkin. Very disappointed in the customer service this morning.

Everything 5 stars. My only issue is parking is limited and having one way entrance and exit which forces you to squeeze by the cars waiting in drive thru who aren’t always considerate enough to keep a tight line to allow customers to exit. None the less DR’S is always worth the trip!

This was my go to dunkins for a couple years now. Ever since they remodeled their store into a modern dunkins with the tap, their entire crew and system and quality control of their food and drinks has declined. Coffees never made right anymore and bacon for their sandwiches are never crispy half cooked and bread are overtoasted burnt hit or miss. Big side note, today being the big reason for this review is just how lack of caring their crew is to the brand new store. Just mess everywhere and huge body odor smell upon entering the premises. Get the store checked out ASAP.

I feel like this location is taking active steps to improve their quality and care. I just ordered my drink and bagel and the past few times it has been perfectly made. I used to dread coming to this location because it was always wrong and always burnt.Everything the last few times has been wonderful. Whoever the morning crew is at 9:32 AM Sunday, August 31 deserves a round of applause for the way that they treat customers and prepare the food.

Manager Stephanie was very rude and had an ugly attitude. Came in during a rush and was very off-put by how she spoke to her staff. Almost felt the need to cover my kids’ ears. Wouldn’t recommend coming here – lots of other locations nearby! Save yourself the trouble.
