Just left this location about 5 minutes ago and I am absolutely stunned by the negative behavior and unprofessionalism. Two girls were there and one was on her cell phone on a call and just stared at me and my fiancé and didn’t say anything, then proceeded to put her call on speaker and went to do other things. I waited a few minutes thinking she would get off her phone/ phone call but did not. I stepped back up to the register and a different woman took our order. The girl who was on her phone, on a call on speaker continued to make our drinks with one hand and phone in the other. We stood waiting for them to give us our order and then realized they weren’t going to and didn’t even tell us it was ready, I stepped up the station where they make the drinks and grabbed them from there. It was extremely frustrating, rude, unprofessional and inappropriate.

Stopped in to purchase a gift card for my mom and 2 different workers did not know to do the transaction. I suggested them callinthe manager to walk them through it and was told that they will not up the phone. I actually had to go to a different location to purchase a gift card. Please train your employees so that they know how to do their jobs completely.

The October 2021 Nor’easter left me without power for 38 hours. The Dunkin locations in my area were unable to open. When I had to return to the office, I ventured here for coffee and wakeup wraps to get my day going.
The line met me at the door and I started to place an online order while waiting. I thought it might expedite things, but decided to just wait. There were two young ladies assembling the sandwiches and wraps. One of them had to be superhuman. Her speed and accuracy were very impressive.
Although this location is outside of my normal commute, I would consider going there again if need be. The wakeup wraps were more perfectly prepared and tasty when compared to the Dunkin I frequent.

I refuse to go to this location anymore, if I get anything besides a coffee. They do get a lot of traffic in the morning due to them having a drive thru. Multiple times I have ordered and they have gotten the item wrong or not have the item at all. They seem to run out of certain items in the morning. Here are the mistakes I have encountered:
Everything bagel with cream cheese – got butter instead
Power breakfast sandwich – ended up with croissant w/ sausage and cheese since they ran out of the multi grain bread
Today (3/22/21) Power breakfast sandwich – no turkey sausage
When you downgrade the sandwiches, there is a price difference of 0.70 to 0.80 cents, so I end up losing on my end.
The truth is that people will still go here because of the convenient drive thru.

Beware Posted Prices Incorrect. Management Raised Prices and Did Not Replace Sign Boards with Correct Pricing .They do not Honor Posted Prices Dunkin Should Pull Franchise Or Attorney General’s Office should look into it.

I’m so disappointed I been coming here for two years now the service was good but lately not so much one they forgot my order I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side the bagel was never toasted, I also asked for a small hot chocolate my chocolate was to much of what ever they use I also asked for six donuts they just put them all in one bag which caused it to stick to one another which caused them to have chocolate on my glazed donut my coffee roll was also put in the same bag I wish I had taken a pic I was so upset I just threw it away time to try Mary Lou place right across from Dunkin’ Donuts and this is not the first time nor the second time I’m done you know what it is to look forward to coffee or hot chocolate to start ur day and this happens No I’m so disappointed

I went into Dunkin’s at the gas station on North Main Street about 30 minutes ago. I bought a grilled cheese sandwich. When I got home and opened the sandwich the bread was dry and hard and the cheese looked as they would in the refrigerator – it was not melted. I could eat it. It was awful. I’ve bought grilled cheese sandwich from Dunkin’s quite a few times before but nothing as bad as this one. Oh my goodness. It was so awful.
