I came to this Dunkin to order some food and a drink that I always order at other Dunkin’s. I asked for a large strawberry daydream refresher with whole milk and chocolate cold foam. The woman took forever to even take my order and didn’t tell me she needed a second before she could take my whole order. She came back and tells me that she can’t do it with whole milk, when I know that isn’t true. I’ve been to plenty of other Dunkin’s that substitute oat milk for whole milk. I know it can be done because it’s been done before and I’ve worked at Dunkin for 2 years in the past. If other places are able to do it then I fail to understand why this Dunkin couldn’t. She gave me horrible attitude about it and when I told her that I’m leaving, she goes “okay byeee” with an attitude. I’ve come to this dunks for years and have never experienced this horrible of a service. This dunks will not be getting my service ever again thanks to this lady who worked on 2/28 at 2:20 pm. Very disappointed. Never have had issues ordering my regular order every day until now. What a joke of a place this is.

Incredibly rude staff. A woman named Karen who worked overnight refused to hand me my drinks even though they were pre paid through the mobile app. She told me to “figure out a refund” and shut the drive thru window on me. It’s actually illegal to not give the items that a customer has paid for and I hope that Dunkin’ takes responsibility over hiring someone like that. It’s insane that I had to ask her for my drinks, while looking right at them on the counter, but she told me to drive back around because I didn’t wait long enough at the speaker. I’ll never come back here and since Plymouth is filled with Dunkin’s, I suggest you go anywhere but this location until that woman stops working for this company. Dunkin should start caring about who they hire or they’ll learn quickly that customers will stop paying for their terrible quality coffee, and start spending the same amount of money on a great tasting coffee and a business with respectable employees.

I stopped by around 10 a.m. (10/10/25) to pick up my mobile order (two drinks and some munchkins). The woman at the register was helping another couple, but as soon as she finished, she came right over and took care of me. She was super friendly and just had a great vibe overall. I don’t usually choose Dunkin’, but from now on I will — and it’ll definitely be this location. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a really pretty woman with light brown hair that perfectly complements her darker complexion. She honestly just radiates positivity and made my morning! I’ll definitely be back because of her, and next time I’ll make sure to get her name so I can give her a proper shoutout.

There is an employee there who works nights named Karen who is an absolutely terrible person, had me and my family sit at the speaker with nothing but silence for multiple minutes and then I drove up to the window thinking maybe their systems were down just for Karen to tell me to “wait at the speaker longer next time” and “go ahead and go back around.” which is crazy because i’m staring at my mobile order which I paid for and she refused to give it to me.. Ended up getting so frustrated that I left without anything.

Show you how it looks when I do it again. Brought it over to the window and I said yes that better don’t you see the difference in the color of the drinks. If mocha was added be darker she came up to the window and said have a great day and asked her name she said not given it to you was an African American. And shut window in my face. Asked for manager she said nope

Poor service; the employee gave us coffee with bottom layer of grounds. They replaced the coffee and by the time we walked to car, the bottom of cup was leaking on both coffees. Food order of 6 jelly munchkins was wrong as well. Uncaring attitude from the employee. Fire the employee.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin location for a long time and my experience has always been fantastic. I highly appreciate and recommend others to go to this location. You won’t regret it. These staff members are polite, fast, and always busy. I’ve NEVER seen anyone upset and its very appreciating to see that. Thank you all for your service.
