Terrible service, trying to order food for our kids in the drive through after being in the truck for hours traveling.
Woman on the head set is very impatient with my order , wouldn’t listen to me. As I am trying to order our food after placing my coffee order just says “yeah, drive up. You’re good”
No… I am not good? Pretty rude!
I tried to drive up to the window to correct the order, no one greets us, getting glaring looks from all employees walking around not working.
Don’t waste your time, drive up the road a few miles!!

They put together a breakfast with 18 breakfast meals including coffee. Everyone at the post office were cheering. They had it ready at 8 Am., on time and hot.

Guy making my food didn’t get my order correct so I asked him about it. He proceeded to say that he made it to order. He didn’t. He checked the bag again and started cussing under his breath about it. YOU made the mistake. At least I was nice about it. After he fixed it, he threw my bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. I grabbed my order from the counter and made sure I got my munchkins too.

80 percent of the cup is filled with ice when you order a dunkalatte ! If you ask for less ice they hand you a cup 2/3 full of coffee! Never again will I come here

Alert! Did a late run to Dunkin before getting on the interstate for a long drive North to Maine. Ordered 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Got to location to pick-up and was asked “what?” Through the order board by staff. We told her that we had a mobile order, the staff said that there were no donuts. I asked if there were any other pastries to replace them. She said there were only loaves and that 4 donuts were the equivalent 2 loaves. I informed her that the donuts were supposed to be for 3 people, so could we make it 3 loaves since they were not what we ordered. She said no. So I asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t do a refund. She then had the gall to tell me that we were getting a deal by getting 2 strawberry lemon loaves, I couldn’t hold back when I told her that we weren’t, because they weren’t anything we wanted, and to have a nice night. That was probably the most frustrating interaction at a dunkin I have ever experienced. 100% would not recommend stopping at this location.

They are always so nice at this location! I live close by so I’m frequently here. They always get my order correct (which isn’t always the case at other locations). I know it’s not in there control but- give them more food options!

As you can see by my stars it’s a great stop. No sandwiches but does have donuts, muffins croissants. I didn’t order food so couldn’t rate it. For a small place without seating they take care of their customers.
