This DD is one of my favorites. I have never ever had a bad experience at this location and today was no different. I wish I got the employees name but they were fantastic! Great customer service from the first “hi how are you” to the ‘ have a good day.” I was there today around 4:30pm and this person has so much enthusiasm about them. You could tell they like their job or make the best of it. They liked my bank card because it reminded them of monopoly. They were just very personable and enthusiastic and I greatly appreciated it being one that works in customer service as well.

I live near this location and stop in for convienice quite often. Very disappointed that they can only get my small hot cappachino correct 50% of the time. I almost always go through drive through. The employee at the window is always nice. This time I pushed back and said this is not a cappachino. It’s a latte. She had them remake it and gave me the same thing. She offered to make it right again but I just left. It’s disappointing they cannot make a cappachino the correct way 100% of the time. This time I was told they have a new machine and this is how it makes the cappachino’s. Well the wrong button is being pushed because when you get a cup of warm milk with a coffee taste it’s not a cappachino. That is a latte. Offended they don’t know the difference. Starbucks has never one time not made me a correct. Look like I will have to drive a little further to get my coffee the way I like it.

I. enjoy your friendly shop most of all.over others.
I grew up in the 50s and at 78 I take offense as Christmas approaches and have to say where are your one or two Merry Christmas signs come on this is our country the United States of America , stop worrying about offending someone this is what we celebrate .
Also Welcome veterans with a nice sign on veterans day.
Stop the foolishness of political correctness, years ago everyone wished customers Merry Christmas.
Thank you

Great menu. Plenty of options to choose from. Prices seem to be in order compared to some of the Dunks I stop into.
Nice..spaced out area to eat in if that’s your thing. Very clean facility.

Family of 4 shows up with pretty basic orders. Instantly greeted with a woman who couldn’t not wear her mask properly.the lady was impolite and she yelled at her other workers. We needed to repeat the order multiple times, while she talked over my brother who was trying to give her his order. Keep in mind we were the only ones inside this establishment. This took a solid 20 minutes to get some basic drinks and sandwiches. We were happy going in but traumatized coming out. My egg and cheese sandwich look like it was demented and made by raccoons. The egg and cheese was dangling to the side of the sandwich with hardly any croissant on it. My mothers face coming out of that Dunkin was pricelsss. She had a fake smile on her face while she still tried to compose herself and repeat her orders nicely to her while she was getting yelled at. My mother still found a way to tip this woman 40 cents. This is why humanity will be lost soon. Never going here again.
