I go to this dunking donuts pretty much everyday. It has been the best one around but recently (last 6 months I think) they have hired a new younger guy with glasses who usually runs the pay window and yesterday was running the cash register when I went in. Every time I encounter him he always makes weird/rude comments or like he’s trying to do a “bit” and when you don’t I guess respond the way he wants he’ll say stuff like “guess your not having a good day”. Yesterday he was snorting his snot while taking my order / making my coffee wrong. Ive also seen him being rude to the other employees. everyone else there is great.
Update: now the same guy is nodding out while taking peoples orders and making you repeat yourself multiple times.

I’m at a loss for words, this is maybe one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the country. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by a friendly “hi can I help you!”. We ordered our food and were only in line for a minute or two on a busy morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our large order, and gave us PLENTY of napkins. This Dunkin is exactly why my family moved to Abington, the community here is what makes Abington a special place . RUN don’t walk to this place!!!!❤️

There’s a dunks on every corner these days. This one I drive the opposite direction to go to because they’re just better than the surrounding stores. I just wish their parking lot was larger. You can easily get stuck in a spot if the drive through is busy enough.

I asked for decaf tea and realized, when I got to my destination, that I was given regular tea bags. I had to throw it out. I also noticed that a quarter of the tea had leaked out into the cup holder in my car. The bottom of the cup was barely attached. Please, Dunks, go back to your old cups!

This is the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to in my life. The workers are so bad that I looked this place up to leave my first ever internet comment on a business. The whole building needs to be fired and replaced with competent people. No one in line, I order a med hot milk and sugar and they give me this ??? They didn’t give me the donut and ground coffee I ordered either

Following up…. 5/4/2025 … I must admit, DD coffee is the best but the line now extends into the street. It takes forever!!!! I decided to go inside and it was also very slow. The help is awesome…friendly, welcoming and doing a good job, it seems like either another employee would do the trick. I still wait for my order for now, but something has to give and soon.

Always has a nice staff there. Red haired gal that waied on every pleasant and efficient. Boy, this is a crew that is constantly cleaning. Place is always very spotless and always a crew member doing some cleaning if not waiting on a customer.
